If you’re on the fence, call Meagan yesterday. She helped us buy our dream home in 2020 (and helped us avoid a lot of unnecessary stress in the process). Meagan was extremely responsive throughout the process and advocated for us every step of the way. She’s knowledgeable about the market, and caught quite a few problems before the inspection. Her rebate is the best deal in Houston - she should be charging more.

I initially met Meagan when I moved to Houston and was looking for an apartment. After I explained what I was looking for she helped me find the PERFECT apartment on the first meeting. When my lease was about to end and I was thinking about buying I knew who to call. When looking to buy she always was one step ahead and always prepared me on what to expect. I love how honest she is, it was greatly appreciated. She's also very patient which is needed during this process. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy, she's the greatest!!!!

We used Meagan to buy our current house and found the whole experience painless, easy, and fast. When it was time to make an offer, she recommended an amount that we thought was reasonable and was accepted by the seller on the first attempt. At the closing, the people at the title company mentioned multiple times how much they enjoyed working with Meagan because she was was so good. We really liked having the rebate she provides as that helped off set the closing costs. I would not consider working with anyone else and have recommended her services to others.

Listing our home with Buffalo Bayou Reality was the best decision we made when selling our home. Meagan made the process as painless as possible, and truly was a joy to work with.
During her initial visit, she actively looked around giving us pertinent advice on how to best present our home to a buyer. She talked us through the process of listing our home, what to expect, and gave a us a timeline on how to proceed.
After our initial meeting she sent us checklists about what we need to be doing in order to get our home ready to list, and updated us on what she was working on and her progress.

Meagan was amazing to work with. She is extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to help us. We explained what we were looking for in an apartment and she gave us a wide variety of options.
