Carver Bennett was incredibly helpful in my husband and I's search for our first home. He is personable, a strong communicator and was very flexible with his schedule even when we wanted to look at some homes last minute. During the entire negotiations process he kept us constantly updated on developments and made signing any contracts as convenient as possible. Amber Watkins from Urban Leasing helped me look for a house to rent this past summer. My criteria made for a difficult search, but Amber was the opposite, very easy to work with. She communicates well, listens to her clients, and offers great solutions. Not only is she very knowledgeable and resourceful, but flexible, accommodating and incredibly friendly. Katie Tijerina is a fantastic realtor! My husband and I loved working with her. We have bought and sold several properties over the years, and Katie has by far been the best realtor we have had. Katie does her homework - she comes to appointments prepared and is knowledgeable. She stays on top of everything throughout the process and makes the transaction go smoothly (even when there may be complications). She is also willing to lend a hand and entertain a fussy toddler during inspections. :) We are very grateful to have met Katie!

I've heard that moving is ranked in the top 3 most stressful situations right alongside death and divorce. I felt a complete absence of stress during my last move.
Sean Ray was the agent that helped me through my most recent move and it sincerely felt like my needs were top priority for him. He went above and beyond anyone I have ever worked with and found EXACTLY what I was looking for.
As a matter-of-fact the entire team at Urban Leasing really made me feel like a celebrity during my move and have been caring attentive even after I settled in.

I loved the fact that Ty Greenlee was so attentive to what i required in an apartment to be happy. My schedule was not easy to work with but he made it seem easy. He had great suggestions and brought out things I forgot to mention. Love, love, love my new place! If I ever need to move, Ty Greenlee will definitely be my choice to go through the process with again. I have recommended him to family and friends and they share the same feelings as I do. So refreshing to worth with such a nice guy.
