Excellent attention and good service! all of their properties are beautiful and the condos are located in the best and most luxurious buildings of houston! whithout mentioning the Areas they are in, all located near various bars, restaurants or gyms perfect for someone like me who love to go out often!

I recently leased a very nice place at the cosmopolitan in the uptown area. The building is very nice and quite pricey , one would expect the agent working to secure the contract to at least be helpful if not for any other reason than the commission they took home was also quit hefty. Jennifer Mares the realtor representing Uptown had one concern. I'm sure you can guess $$$$. Then the crazy thing was she wasn't even accommodating in retrieving this $ so made me deliver to her offices. She also made me press the cosmopolitan to approve me as a tenant but wait there's more the building had to get
