I giving 5 ✨ for the simple fact when you hire someone in that Pacific degree you would expect to get what you want right. As well what you pay for. I literally had to let go of the first realtor that I had cause every house that I liked she will tell me afterwards I’ve seen the property some kind of excuse like they owe lots of back taxes or someone already has the property under contract. It’s was done numerous times so like around the 5th home I really really like and I’ve been tracking it for like 2 weeks and again after I’ve seen the home she tells me that home is under contract

These are the most unprofessional group of realtors I have ever dealt with. The broker, Gerald Womack, has the worse attitude of them all. You would think that as a leader, he would be an example, but NOT! They are incompetent and inept at dealing with complex issues and have a air of superiority when dealing with clients. They act like we do not have other choices, but WE do. Stay away from this group! You will thank me later.

Womack Development was the property manager of my apartment and the surrounding units. I lived there for three years and became quite familiar with the Womack team. The agents and employees at Womack Development are professional, communicative, and kind. They addressed issues promptly. My only complaint is that they did not allow tenants to pay rent online. Other than that, I would highly recommend Womack Development to anyone.

Justin has been attentive, thorough, and with great work ethic through the entire process of moving. My wife and I had initially contacted Mr. Womack because we were interested in the rental property of his in Midtown. That property had already been leased already, but Mr. Womack promptly directed my attention to a different property in the museum district and told me to take a look at it. He put me in contact with Justin one of his realtors, and Justin was kind enough to go to the house and give us a video tour (out-of-towner). Saying that they give a five star service, were professional, and courteous would be severely under stating what a positive experience we had working with the Womack development

I highly recommend Womack Development and Investment Realtors. I have used Womack Development 3 times to lease my home in the 5th ward area. Each time Gerald and his staff were very professional and extremely responsive. The last time I listed my property was in Jan. 2021 and Gerald and his staff leased the property in less that 3 weeks. I highly recommend using Womack Development!

I've known Gerald for over 6 years now, once we moved to Houston as students he helped us to find the best apartment for us in the area we wanted, 6 years of staying in his property and not even once we had a problem that he didn't fix immediately. He is professional at what he does and such a nice, friendly and caring person that becomes like a family to his tenants.
