I would voice these concerns to the manager if they would answer the phone at least once this week. I’ve lived here about two weeks they won’t give me a mailbox key or a copy of my lease and already I have had a roach crawl out of the ceiling vent and land on my 7 month old daughter. Our deadbolt broke and we were stuck in our apartment for 5 hours (huge fire hazard our door would not open) I called emergency maintenance for 5 hours until they finally answered somebody else’s phone number. That speaks for itself.

Nobody is ever in the office. It’s not called Woodlawn park anymore it’s been updated to Legacy apartments. Everything about this apartment complex is slum like. Hallways smell like piss, no surveillance cameras anywhere. They don’t even have phone jacks in the wall if you ever wanted a landline phone. Roach invested. I’ve never seen pest control like ever I’ve been here for over a year.

Roaches. High price for shoebox sized apartment. Gave 2nd star for the promotion deals... I have to park a building away in terrible whether with two kids because parking lots aren't regulated. Hallways smell like dying animals stuffed with nasty fish....So irritating. I can hear my neighbor sneeze, yell "bless you," and hear "thank you." (Thin walls.) Apartment doesn't hold heat with inefficient windows. . . One driveway is blocked off and doesn't see like it will be unblocked this year... Wish I could afford better right now but it works for now. Neighbors are friendly....there's a pool. Hopefully

I recieved notice of non renewal of my lease the day after i left a very angry message on their office voice mail. Upon my moving out, we found more dead mice in the bedrooms and roach motels that were so full that no more roaches would have stuck in it! I am glad to be out of there, don't rent from them unless you like living in infestation and them retaliating if you complain to much!

Lived at these apartments for like 11 years things where good until it was under new management all they want to do is blame you for any problems with your apartment then charge you ungodly amounts after you leave we even got charged for ceiling tiles we asked the to get a year before we left. I'm glad I'm out of here.

My husband Mitch and I have been living here going on four years. We really like it. The managers Tim and Mayra are wonderful people. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. Naturally it's not the MGM Grand, but for us as working class residents, it's perfect! Also a strong sense of community.

Managers are very excellent people! Would recommend these apartments. Apartments sizes are amazing not to small not to big just right . Nice and quiet place to live in. 😊

Roaches refuse to die, and the management doesn't want to do anything about it! Says its our problem. And as you can see by their comment, management and ownership LOVE talking over their tenants and micro managing their lives, but only when it's convenient for them. Of course there's a waiting list, for the price, the working class poor on this side of town don't have much other choice! Literally cannot WAIT to get out. Neighbors and diversity are great, management's heartless. We were left without AC in 90+ degree weather on the 2nd floor for almost a week.
