An A+ company! Howard personally answered the phone each time I called, he could come inspect the home we went into contract on super quick, prices are wonderful for the service and professionalism we received! We were present for the inspection and having someone who was so knowledgeable about all aspects of a home was invaluable. Howard was so trustworthy and honest, professional, and just incredible! Howard is a very professional and thorough home inspector. Many of my clients have used his services and I have used his services on my own home. He is very responsive and takes the time to thoroughly explain the inspection process as well as the final inspection report. He sends the final inspect report to you very promptly after it is completed. He has a vast array of knowledge relating to the home building process. I needed someone to inspect my property in a hurry as the contractors said they were done, and needed paid. Howard was able to come on a Saturday, which worked out well for my families schedule. When Howard inspected the property, he found several issues with the work that had been done. Howard knows his craft very well, and found things that I would have never seen. I highly recommend Howard and Apex Property Inspections.

If I could give ZERO stars than I would. This company, specifically Howard Dunbar, damaged my home during an inspection while representing my buyer. After damaging my electrical panel, in which he noted what he did (made contact with a live wire with a screw) he continued to note electrical problems with the house after the panel tripped. He indicated that the washer and dryer, microwave didn't work. Apparently, he isn't smart enough to know that when he damaged the wire the panel tripped and so there wasn't any power to appliances. I lost my buyer and it cost me $168 to have an electrician come
