Roadside assistance from Rick Schaefer’s was supposed to arrive in 60 minutes. After 140 minutes, they have not arrived, nor called to say when they would arrive, this is despite having messages left for them by me and the roadside assistance company.
The roadside assistance dispatch company has been excellent. They have sent a second company my way, as they have been completely unable to make contact with Rick Schaefer’s. Rick Schaefer’s, however, disappoints.

Had to get my car towed for the first time
and was disappointed by all the quotes I was receiving for needing to go 1.5 miles away. Finally called Rick who gave me the best quote ($10 less than everyone else) and said someone would be there in an hour. I got a call about 10 minutes later saying someone was on his way and exactly one hour from when I called my car was on the truck. Excellent service I would definitely recommend. I would also advise you pay cash as that will save you a little time and money. 10/10.

When I came into contact with this company it was my first time ever having to have my car towed and I was so unsure of how the process would go. But the driver was great, he was friendly and made conversation on the ride to my dealership. He was prompt and arrived within the estimated time frame. I've heard of people waiting 3 or more hours just for a tow truck to arrive and he was there in an hour. Hopefully I won't need these services again but if I do I'd definitely use them again!
