Promises Behavioral Health created the Providing Access To Hope programs in order to expand our services to better care for those in need of mental health or substance use disorder treatment. We created our P.A.T.H. Centers of Excellence in urban communities with the reach to help our rural neighbors.

No matter where someone exists, they can receive treatment in-person or go to virtual meetings right from the comfort of their home. Our mission is to remove barriers to treatment and create opportunities for deeper connections. Our experienced recovery specialists are here to help determine the level of care that's right for you.
Services
Promises Behavioral Health created the P.A.T.H. programs to expand our services in order to better serve those in need of accessible mental health or substance abuse treatment. By developing Centers of Excellence in urban communities, we work to remove treatment barriers no matter where someone exists.
When we think of addiction and mental health treatment, we often envision a straight path towards the goal of a healthy, sober and stable life. But human nature tends to be full of ups and downs. This means that we must approach behavioral health treatment not as a linear goal but as a continuum of care.
We understand the complex ways in which addiction, trauma and mental health disorders change the brain. All P.A.T.H. treatment options are informed by the latest scientific research, and we implement interventions that heal the brain, target triggers and cravings and develop new neural pathways.

We understand that individuals need support to manage cravings and prevent relapse while the brain is healing and normal emotional and decision-making capabilities are being restored. We individualize medication for opioid disorders (MOUD) and mental health illnesses based on the medical and clinical assessment of needs.
Dr. Flora Sadri wants you to know that change is not only possible, but that you deserve every chance to create the life you want. In her role as the National Medical Director of Substance Use Disorder, Dr. Flora Sadri hopes to reiterate this message for clients through the Promises P.A.T.H. program, especially the medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) program.
To make services available to those who may require less intensive substance use or mental health treatment, Promises Behavioral Health has created the Providing Access To Hope (P.A.T.H) program. Clients will have access to services either in-person or virtually. P.A.T.H programs work by teaching clients the necessary tools to maintain long-term recovery.
