I worked with Mark Smalls on getting into the house I'm currently am in and cannot explain how thankful for him I am. I originally was working with a realtor from another realty group and was taken advantage of. On the move in date, my deposit had already been taken, but I was left without a place to live after driving hours with a 16' truck with my car attached. I reached out to Mr. Smalls and we went to tour many beautiful homes. Understanding my situation, Mr. Smalls worked hard to help get me into a home quickly without putting me in a home that where I would have to sacrifice safety or aesthetics

I had the opportunity to come to a seminar for first time home buyers as well as insight on investment properties. The seminar was very informative and all the staff that I met were great to say the least. Since the seminar I have been in contact with John Petty II, and he has great in assisting me in taking the proper avenues to me becoming a home owner.

I just bought my first home with Super Realty Group. Tanairi was my realtor and Dave also provided support. Tanairi was attentive, kind, supportive and encouraging throughout the process. She was like a cheerleader, a friend and an advisor. She and Dave made me feel confident and at ease with making the commitment of buying a home.
