Annie helped me with finding/signing my current lease and was incredibly helpful. Quick to respond and very thorough.

Have also had no problems with maintenance requests thus far. The web interface for submitting requests and phone hotline have been perfect.

I just signed a lease with AMC Delancey. They were very professional and are quick to respond to any questions you have. The units are beautiful-- many rooms with exposed brick and ceilings. I specially signed at Mulberry Court and love the area. The front lobby of our building could be better cared for (there's no trash cans and the mail service can be a little messy) but that's if I'm being picky in my review. Great company overall.

I've lived in 1122 Walnut St. apt. 3 for 2 years and have loved it. The apartment is very spacious and bright. I love the wooden floors throughout the first floor. The big bedrooms and generous amount of closet space has been great for my roommates and me. The central location is ideal with about a 12-minute walk to City Hall and right in the middle of all the best restaurants, and a short walk to Washington Square Park and Rittenhouse Park. The Property Management Team at AMC Delancey Group, Inc. goes above and beyond and is extremely responsive. I had an issue with a noisy neighbor in my Rittenhouse Square Brownstone apartment and they worked for a positive outcome.

We've been living on Clinton Street for almost two years now and have had a very positive experience with AMC Delancey. Their rentals are in the best locations in the city and they do a lot to preserve the character of the amazing historic buildings they own, while providing modern finishes and conveniences to their tenants. I was a tenant of AMC Delancey for 2 years at a location on Pine Street in Philadelphia, PA and I am sad to be leaving this beautiful walk-up. The apartment itself has so much charm with exposed brick but is also newly updated. I always received compliments when visitors came by! AMC is always making improvements to the building and the units. My beautiful (but old) windows were replaced in the living room to help with the drafts that would come through in the winter. I would not be leaving this apartment if life didn't have something else in store for me :)

My daughter has been living in an AMC Delancey apartment for six months now. Viewing the apartment and signing all the rental stuff went very smoothly. Grier showed up on time for every appointment, and hand held me through the rental process (it's been over 25 years since I was involved in renting an apartment). My daughter has had to file three maintenance requests, which were all handled promptly. I am very impressed with the company.

My wife and I have lived on Antique Row/Gayborhood for 4 years now and have found ourselves, due to work opportunities, drawn back to the West Coast.
We leave our glorious apartment with sadness but hope for the future. We also leave in such good, harmonious graces with AMC Delancey.

Throughout our years here, the team of professionals at AMC have been, above all, responsive. When a restaurant moved in below us, we had some initial problems with noise, balancing of the stereo output, some garbage issues, etc... Just things that needed worked out for everyone to be happy.

AMC Delancey is seriously the best property management company in Philadelphia. For 2.5 years I was a tenant at one of their apartments and they were more responsive than any landlord I've had in over 18 years! In particular they went out of their way to help me with my move and were just so kind about issues on my end. Whenever I had any maintenance requests they immediately responded and came out with courteous staff. JJ was the absolute best. The entire experience made me want to stay longer but I purchased a home instead. Thank you so much AMC for helping make life just a little easier

I've had multiple issues while living here that boil down to the fact that this company does not take the safety, security, or comfort of its buildings seriously. For months, I have reported issues with loud, disruptive Airbnb guests staying in one of the units. (Literally since early 2017). They say they will handle it, yet it repeatedly happens- a new crowd of made in America partiers are moving into the apt above me as I type. These Airbnb guests leave the main front door (facing Chestnut St in center city) unlocked and ring various doorbells in the building when they lock themselves out

Not sure where to begin other than by saying AMCDelancey i.e. Jackie Fogarty and her maintenance crew are TOP NOTCH. Since taking over another lease of the last tenant Jackie and AMCD have been nothing but great to my girlfriend and I. In the summer time, we had a bee issue - told Jackie and she had someone on it within the next day. We had a minor bug issue from the Park next door, once again Jackie was on it. Lastly, we just had a run in with our garbage disposal and dish washer backing up. Again, Jackie pulled through with no hesitation and sent someone to fix the issue. I've had 2 landlord

So it has been six months and I wanted to do an update since we are no longer with AMC Delancey. Unfortunately, after six months, we had to leave our amazing apartment due to my health and relocating. This could have been a nightmare- we have a year lease! What will our big management company say?

They said, "We are so sorry to see you go, feel better, let's see what options work for you." They re-rented our apartment in two showings (the place is so beautiful and Tionna is great, so no shock there) and was really with us every step of the way. The fee charged was small and the

I'd give these guys a 4-star rating if it weren't for 1 thing... this super-shady move-out clause, clearly designed to steal security deposits (actually happened to a friend of mine in my building, whose stuff was tossed out and deposit forfeited). I had to ask twice about the expected move-out time, and only because I'd heard of this incident. Their move-out checklist misleads you to think you've until 5:30pm to turn in keys. Granted, I signed a lease with this clause, but cmon, who remembers 2-years later about this clause. Super shady:

We've been living at an AMC Delancey property for 7 months so far, and we couldn't be happier! I've had to move around a lot for work in the past 8 years, and as a result I've had many different property managers/landlords. From my experience, these guys are as good as it gets. Their maintenance staff is awesome, and my building manager is incredibly responsive, and will work with me as much as she can if I'm encountering any issues.

I had my share of complaints with my Fitler Square unit and was always prepared to be combative, as I had been burned so many times in the past by other management companies. However, each encounter with AMC Delancey proved productive and positive. The team over there was warm, compassionate, and ultimately accommodating.

By far the worst year of my life. Not one person in the building had anything positive to say about their apartment or management, it was an awful experience for everyone. I moved into this apartment with garbage and trash everywhere, they did not clean prior to moving in. Windows did not fully close, they refused to do anything to fix it.. In the year I lived there I had two different leaks in the ceiling, they fixed the leak in the apartment above me, but left holes in the ceiling for a year. AMC Delancey bought our building about 6 months ago. It is the day before Valentines Day 2015 and we have not had heat for two days. Last night, the low temperature was 10 degrees. It was frigid. My husband and I were snuggled up against the single heater that maintenence brought us after informing us that no one could come to fix the that evening. Never mind trying to contact the property manager. I left two messages over the course of two days and have yet to hear back.

Save yourself the headache of dealing with this poorly managed company.
