**DO NOT APPLY AT THIS APARTMENTS **the treatment you will get is horrible. They are refusing to give me back my $200 deposit I gave whenever I applied I understand the application fee, but the deposit come on? The only reason they gave for not giving a refund was because I was “approved” but I kept on calling to check on application and they never picked up the phone so we had to go with another option once we got a hold of management all they said was that we can’t get our 200 deposit back. I paid 90 dollars for application fees and 200 for deposit and they won’t refund me the 200 deposit

Overall these apartments aren’t horrible. The dwellings themselves are not bad and most of the people that live there are very friendly and overall nice. The reason why these apartments are less than impressive is the management team.
I lived at Parc Bay from Sept 2018 to February 2020 and had a few big issues while living there. First off, don’t even try to utilize the laundry room. The washing machines for the most part are ok overall, but there’s only one dryer that gets warmer than room temp. If that dryer is full you might as well just give up right at that point. I complained about

If i could give this 0 starts i would. Let’s start with the management. Iris Joseph in the office is extremely rude, and very aggressive towards residents and their guests. As far as maintenance requests go, they’re not fulfilled in a timely manner if at all. Our unit was 2nd floor and there was broken concrete under carpet making the floor uneven. The absolute worst part about Parc Bay is the pests. Every single building is infested, I know because I’ve spoken to other residence from each of them. I’ve dealt with roaches beyond belief, they’re even coming out of our wall sockets (pic

If I could give this rating less than one star, I would! I’m not sure where to begin, but I guess I will start with most recent to move in.
I just moved out. I had to throw away a microwave, a convection oven, a toaster, an air fryer, and a keruig because they were all infested with roaches! The apartments should be labeled unlivable because not only are roaches a problem, but so are spiders, fleas and ants. There wasn’t a day from the date I moved that I didn’t see a bug somewhere in the apartment. I requested bug treatment as much as I could, but stopped trying when I found out the exterminator

To be absolutely frank, virtually every problem with this place is incompetence and passive agressive rudeness on the part of the manager. She is hostile and has harassed us since day one. My list of grievances is far too long to list in a review on here, but I have lived in other apartments and been an ideal tenant like we were here and never have I been so disrespected like the management here does.
I really want to clarify that it is SPECIFICALLY the manager here who is rude. I've never felt offended by any of their employees or maintenance workers (who they go through like candy, it's like

I have lived here for nearly two years now. The people that live here are quiet, nice, and SAFE. I feel safe living in these apartments. The water pressure is good. The air conditioning works good. Maintenance people and the manager are attentive, sweet, and always see to my needs. My upstairs, one bedroom apartment has a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace. I am in love with this place. I am not afraid to call an apartment complex garbage when it is garbage.. and this place is great. This apartment complex is also in a nice little neighborhood, with a lot of places to shop for food and other items

The owner of the apartment complex made my parents pay rent when their apartment flooded. They got 18 inches of water in their apartment. They were unable to live there, and forced to find another place to live. After 5 weeks their apartment still was not ready. When they finally started working on it, they covered up a wall with mold with a new cabinet. They only painted the bottom half of the walls that were replaced. When I tried to talk to the maintenance man about it he refused to answer questions but to he didn’t have time for that. The office manager is rude and straight up lied to my

I feel safe here, the whole complex is surrounded by an iron fence. The entrance gate closes at night-time and sometimes during the daytime too. This complex is quiet most of the time. And when I say most of the time, I mean probably about 95% of the time. The air conditioning here works great, our air conditioning bill this past month was about $60. On the first or second day that I moved in, there was a problem with my bathroom faucet. I went to the office and told someone, and a maintenance man came out and replaced the faucet the same day, probably about half an hour after I told someone in

The apartments are nice. The people here are quiet. I lived here for 4 years and have only heard of two car break ins well they stole the tires but besides that its been quiet. Maintence is usually there right away. I have lived in 3 diffrent apartments from 1 bd to 2 bd and only one had a small roach problem but i thi k it was becuase of the new neighbor manager took car of it a week later after i reported. I do think the material like to pain the walls and the sink area could be better it peels off. The manager is kind of wierd she can be the most pleasent lady and then sometimes be a real witch

This place is lucky that I have to even give 1 lousy star to write this review. the property manager is either unaware on how to do her job or she just loves to screw people over. I paid 280 bucks to apply for this place. after telling me that I was approved they turned around and told me that i was denied because my name is on the lease of my mom's apartment. she then explained to me that I would get my 100$ application fee back but that my deposit was nonrefundable. what's messed up is that I let this woman know on two separate occasions that my name was on a lease that ended in march. I was
