This apartment complex is not only well equipped with amenities and well maintained, but the leasing staff does an outstanding job of making you feel welcome! Touring the complex with Bill was a pleasure. He exceeded expectations and treated us as if we were already residents. Would highly recommend The Place on Ponce to any and all looking to lease in the Downtown Decatur area!

I want to start this review by saying I was not incentivized or paid in any way to write these words, they are purely from my own very positive experience.
After living at Arlo Decatur for a year and being severely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, customer service and safety due to the staff there, already in our first 24 hours of being tenants at Place on Ponce, I can tell it’s going to be an excellent place to live. The leasing consultant Bill Dayton made our experience in renting a new apartment truly seamless. He is incredibly helpful and professional and he puts so much care

I did not actually live here or decide to lease as I am only in GA short term but as I was looking around for temporary housing, Krista was so amazing and prompt with answering all of my questions via phone call and email. She always followed up and truly cares about the residents/potential residents!

Five stars to Bill Dayton! He was very polite and extremely helpful, he gave me the tour around the whole building and answered all my questions clear and thoroughly.
Ultimately this tour made it easier for me to make my final apartment choice, and as soon as I got back I started my application.
Can't wait to move!

I just wanted to give a shout-out for Krista, The Place on Ponce manager. She took me on a tour and walked me through the application process (I'm technology-challenged). She was very friendly--a real down-to-earth person--and made me feel welcome. It's mostly because of Krista that I've signed a lease to move in next month. (Also, I love the look and feel of the place!)

We moved here in June 2021, from Bay Area CA. Before we arrived, Bill Dayton, our leasing agent, generously offered his time and support to our family in preparing our apartment before we arrived. Everything was in place and operating as we made our first steps through the front door. We are new to apartment living. Bill always provides help with any and all questions that we may have. The best part is that he continues and has always made us feel at home here.

I am so pleased with the Place on Ponce, especially thanks to Bill. He was so accommodating and was happy to work with me based on my schedule. In addition, even though I toured at the latest time of the day due to work, he was incredibly informative and ready to answer any of my questions no matter how long it took. He was friendly and did a wonderful job showing me around the property. The property is inviting, beautiful, and clean. I could not say any enough good things about this place!

I am giving a 5 star review to Bill at The Place on Ponce for his amazing customer service! During our tour today, Bill was extremely informative and friendly with all of my questions. Later, although it was extremely close to closing, Bill let me come back to the apartment with my roommate so she could get a better look at everything and Bill let us come immediately! We are so appreciative and are excited to apply to this community.

Bill from the leasing office is pretty friendly and knowledgeable too. He took his time to answer all my pre-move in questions and made my leasing experience much easier and my move to Atlanta seamless - thank you Bill!!! Jamie too was super friendly and very accommodating in showing me around. The apartment complex is in a great location and beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend The Place on Ponce!!!

Bill Dayton was our leasing agent and made the whole process so easy and stress free! He gave us a great tour that made us fall in love with the building and start our application as soon as we got back. Everything we needed to do was clearly explained and he was communicative and helpful every step of the way. We got the keys to our apartment today and are so excited!
