Substitutions: Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain vase and basket items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.

Ordered on their website a certain flower arrangement in a vase from this company because we wanted to support local but we received a whole different type of arrangement that was nothing like they shown it'll be, not even the same flowers. & the flowers that we did get , majority of the flowers were already dying & their flower arrangements in vases are way smaller than you'll expect for its price . Reached out to the company via email & tried calling and texting them to see what happened on their side or to at least get an explanation for what happened. It's been a

After being stood up by another florist, Kolonahe Creations came to the rescue and was able to provide my husband and I with the most beautiful Ti Leaf Lei for our wedding anniversary pictures.
