Pricy flowers that were ordered for Mother's day were never delivered. Had to follow up multiple times to receive a refund.
Living away from home, I thought that it would be a nice gesture to order my mother flowers for Mother's day and liked that this florist had an online ordering system. I chose to have the flowers delivered on the Saturday before Mother's day because I figured that the actual day would be really busy and was surprised by the $30 delivery fee but thought "well they do have to drive it into town" and placed my order.

Ocean is wonderful and compassionate, as is her whole team. They provided a multitude of beautiful bouquets for my friend, first at the hospital and then in hospice. They even added a personal bouquet with a note wishing her well. The arrangements gave my friend much needed cheer and comfort. I sincerely recommend them, and thank them for such kindness during such a difficult time.
