An easy-paced class with an emphasis on gentle movement, sweet stretches, breathing and relaxation. This class is best for students who seek a quiet, relaxing yoga practice with an emphasis on mindfulness. Also excellent for those who are inflexible or recovering from illness or injury. Students are introduced to movements and poses that encourage improved postural alignment and freedom from pain.
Hilda, Dharma name Shraddha, founded Mindful Yoga Studio in 2012 to offer a safe space for students to explore, heal and transform their bodies and their lives. She guides students in a rhythm that allows them to move in harmony with their breath and stay open to the moment. She has a 500-hour Healing Emphasis Yoga certificate and is trained in Yoga for Cancer Survivors.
What are the benefits of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy? Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a deep and gentle approach that quiets the mind, relaxes the body, settles the nervous system and opens the heart. Shraddha Hilda Oropeza is a certified craniosacral therapist. Her energy work helps clients relax and find stress relief through focus on the healthy flow of spinal fluid.
Mentors have helped light the path of my life, from a fifth-grade teacher who encouraged my hunger for reading to a supervisor who insisted I go to college. The guidance I got from all my mentors has made a big difference for me, and now I am committed to the same for you. The first time I taught a yoga class, more than 15 years ago, I was full of self-doubt, wasn't sure my yoga sequence was appropriate and felt a bit nauseated.
Thai Massage combines elements of massage, yoga and deep stretch. The technique of massage and stretching releases tension in the limbs and muscles promoting relief from pain and improvement in flexibility. You will leave feeling relaxed, supported and open. Loose, comfortable clothing is suggested as you remain clothed for your session.

Andrea is my favorite instructor. Yin practice is the most important to me because my daily life is full of striving. Andrea does a great job of giving me mental cues to shape my physical body, while simultaneously instructing my mind to release and relinequinsh myself to the Spirit portion of my being . Namaste

What a wonderful space... I've been to plenty of classes here and MY offers some great Restorative Yoga classes... My favorites are Wednesday and Sunday evenings. The studio has a great location next to Trader Joe's so I can combine some errands, it's always clean, and the Teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Mindful Yoga if you're in Tucson visiting or full-time.

They offer a diversity of excellent classes and workshops, expertly catering to students at different levels. I have been practicing yoga for about 9 years now and tried Mindful Yoga several years ago because it is close to my home. I love the atmosphere, the range of classes it offers, the workshops it offers, and most of all its teachers. All of the teachers I have had are experienced, very knowledgable, and likable and have a range of personal expertise. . I recommend Mindful.

I have been going to mindful Yoga for about 4 yrs now. There is always a class for me, and all the instructers seem very knowledgeable and insight full in our practice incorporating mindful meditation and yoga together in most classes. Which I like as I practive mindful meditation daily. Shraddha the owner is a beautiful person and I thank you.

For almost five years that I have been attending to a daily practice, my schedule has been able to incorporate up to five plus classes a week at Mindful Yoga ! The dedicated and knowledge teachers , class schedule and class options are diverse and plentiful , my interest is in core and back work , restorative and my favorite , Yin !
