I just moved in and not only was there several things not done in the unit. My keys didn’t work when I got here and a neighbor stated that’s normal. Luckily the second key they gave me was right. Have to agree with other reviewers that it’s not the most friendly staff. The outside of the units have no maintenance spiders everywhere. For the price you’re paying it’s not worth it.

I was interested in living here, but was worried about some of the reviews I saw about the unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Unfortunately, the reviews were very accurate. I had a tour scheduled, and I drove an hour to be there for it. The sign said to call their office and someone would greet me. I called probably about 7 times and no one answered, so I left a message. Later they called back and said I could come to look at the apartment, so I told them I was on my way. When I got there, I called again and expected to be greeted this time like the sign outside said. It took another 4 calls

These apartments are a horrible. The entire staff is rude and unfriendly. I called to request information and the person that answered the phone sounded like I disturbed her. They have giant water bugs in the breezeways and apartments. They currently have a huge dumpster in front of the building filled with trash blocking two HANDICAP parking spaces. They are in not luxury apartments. Don’t waste your time. I will be moving my mom out here soon.

I was here shorter term because of a move. Overall, staying here was a very good experience. I appreciate that the complex is very pet friendly. My dogs enjoyed the dog park. The management was very helpful and friendly. They responded quickly when any maintenance was needed. The apartment was roomy, clean, and well maintained. There was adequate parking. I especially like the ponds and trees. It didn't feel like it was in the middle of a busy area. I was happy with my stay here and can recommend it.

Beautiful staff and apartments, all our neighbors are welcoming and respectful. the gym and rec rooms are very spacious with 24hr access which I love btw lol. Pool with an actual lifeguard, internet at discounted rate and the bathrooms are like 5star hotel status, if you can deal with the heavy traffic during rush hours then i highly recommend this place!

If you are looking to spend your money on an apartment...be cautious with Pillars. Grounds are covered in trash and getting something fixed is near impossible. Property has had people passed out in the courtyard that didn’t live here, puke on my back stairwell and property stolen such as tires, motorcycles etc. management team is not looking to help their tenants unfortunately

Though I have had a great experience I cannot say the same for someone I’ve recommended to stay here. Personally, the move in and assistance have been flawless. However, for a friend that I recommended to move here she has had bad experience after bad experience and I do not think she is being taken seriously. Upon move in her AC didn’t work, the dryer didn’t work, low water pressure in her shower, and some minor issues that have yet to be repaired. Her father cleared out the clog in the dryer line-it was a baby shoe! That could have been tragic, could have caused a major issue the more she

Well my wife and I moved here in Dec 2013. We didn't leave until Dec 2017. I see some low scores, but I can't complain too much about the traffic and parking spaces. Yes, it was an issue. Not much space for parking close to your apartment. And yes, exiting the complex on Great Bridge Blvd is difficult in the morning and evening rush hours (Only on left turns). The ladies in the office are phenomenal. I've never had any issues with them or maintenance. Military orders was the only reason we left. My family felt safe and we understood what we were paying for. They also have a courtesy

My wife and I have been living here since Janurary of this year. I'll start off with the pros-the apartments are very clean. Ours has a great layout and it overlooks the pool area. The pool area is nice as well and there is two grills which are convienent. Moving from and old apartment complex to this one, this was by far an upgrade. I have only seen 1 bug in our apartment in 8months. The staff up front is very friendly.
Now on to the cons-I can never find parking. There are no assigned spaces so i am always having to park in the visitors parking and walking all the way across the complex

Just moved in here a couple days ago directly from another apartment complex so everything is in comparison to that. So far there are a couple pros but the cons seem to be adding up. I like how spacious the apartment is for the price and the apartment was very clean when moved in. some storage areas such as cabinets and closets are set up kind of weird and it's taking a couple of tries to utilize them in the best way possible. I love that this apartment is dog friendly but I do not love their "dog park". It is nice to have a fenced off area but they used mulch instead of grass so

I've lived here from Feb 2012 until Sep 2013 and this was a very nice place to live. There aren't enough good reviews online about businesses because people tend to focus on the negative, so I hope this helps you make a decision if you're moving to the Great Bridge neighborhood of Chesapeake.

PROs
1. Office Staff: The office staff are super friendly and willing to help with any concern or question. The manager even helped me by giving me the names of some top rated
