I am editing my review on today December 4th 2021. I am doing this because I don't khow what else to do and I hope I can receive some help. My kitchen ceiling is leaking and I believe it is coming from the apartment upstairs.I have tried to call the maintenance emergency line but when I call someone answers then hang up on me. Now they are not answering. I am trying to resolve this before it gets bad and there is damage. I really do hope I don't have to wait until Monday to get some help. I am afraid to go to sleep because it will be a mess in the morning. I live in Greenbriar apartments building

I hate living here the past before new staff it was the worst I can’t wait to move this place is terrible and does not help the residents or don’t care for us the way they should they evict people no matter what they was evicting people during COVID warning do not even waste your money living here it’s pathetic and they still have the worst staff and maintenance team also haves mold in building

Linda is really awesome!! I rented from her about 5 years or so ago. And now heading back to her! She has been amazingly helpful and patient with my emails full of crazy questions!! Very prompt and responsive!! Definitely recommend!! Apts are updated and modern and clean!!

Possibly the worst apartment complex ever. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to live here. Management is rude and don’t fix anything! There’s a bug infestation and nothing has be done about it. I strongly suggest no one lives here at all. The buildings really need to be condemned. I called region manager all day yesterday and left messages and not a call back as of yet! I’m at the point where I’m feel like I have no choice but to get a lawyer Involved because MGM management are SLUM LORDS‼️

I applied for 820 west vine and I made well over the amount yet was denied !! They told me on the phone they didn’t do credit checks yet called me on the phone and said I was denied due to credit !!! She also said it only took 3-5 days to know if I was approved!!! I called back after turning everything in she says “ oh well I have to turn it in to my boss and idk how long this could take !!! They are liars rude and I believe I was denied because she saw on my I.d that I was BLACK!!! and they needed to come up with a excuse ! I’m very upset because I never been late on my rent in my life and

Terrible management, terrible attitudes....Danny and Alex cant handle being around men...lol no serious those guys are very arrogant...and real man will expose it....they sent my check the day before I got paid 2 weeks after I quit....petty....but that's an example of how bad things are dealing with them....they need to get rid of alex and danny....asap

The management team is very unprofessional. After you move in they treat you like SHYT. I only been here 2weeks and none of my problems have been resolved. They never never answer their phones, and they make promises after promise with no results. I cant sit and act as if everything is okay when it's not fair to me.

I posted a review a year ago and nothing has changed. It's a shame how rule abiding tenants have to deal with loud disrespectful tenants. They claim to put letters out about noise yet my peace is constantly disrupted. I've had an open work order since December 20th maintenance hasn't been here yet. I spoke to Nikki a month ago about a broken mail box on a Friday she assured me it would get taken care of very next Monday, well its been 5 Mondays and its still not fixed. I honestly think my request are blatantly being ignored purposely. I've been here over 12 years and again these apartments are

This apartment complex is horrible and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! My apartment has been flooded with water combined with fecal matter twice within two months! They have not tried to accommodate my family in any way! Not only is this unsanitary but with the Corona Virus and having children that live here this is totally unacceptable! I’ve been here almost two years and it’s been nothing but hell! Bugs have been infesting my apartment as well since this has happened and again they haven’t even come out to deal with the pest issue! Place is a joke, 840 dollars a month for a one bedroom apartment, been there for over a year and didn’t want to have a lease, so they jacked the price up 155$ more a month. They make you sign a form about the having lead paint in the walls and they aren’t liable for anything happening if your kids or dog if they get paint chips off the wall. The neighbors dish washer leaked into my kitchen and pushed the wood floors up and cracked the wood, I’ve called several times and it’s been over 8 months now. I’m sure there is mold under there. Their are people from section 8 living in these apartments
