I was happy at first until I started noticing things were not right. I live at 6304 S Campbell Ave. I had a issue with someone coming into my unit while I wasn't home they refused to review the cameras or address this issue with me. The person that was the property manager at the time quit about two weeks after I reported this. So the supervisor (Liz) of the property managers started managing the property. I told her about the issue I was having and she said to me " I don't know anything about what happened before I got here" and that was it! She never even tried to find out

I have been living at a KMA Property based in the downtown area , MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND NOT RESPONSIVE, since COVID-19 has started no guest is allowed in the building I live and this has been going on since March 1,2020 and it is currently July 7, 2020 and Management still has yet to contact me. I can’t even take care of my son how I would like because no one is allowed in the building. THE LEASE I SIGN SAYS THAT I CAN HAVE GUEST AND COMPANY AND MY BUILDING AND I FIND THIS REALLY FRUSTRATING. I do not advise anyone on choosing this company or to continue to do business with them, they don’t

Worst property management company in Chicago. I've been here since September. Today we have no hot water. 2 days ago we had no hot water. 2 weeks ago we had no hot water. Management says its cuz building is old. Really? Don't expect to ever get to speak to anyone other than an answering service. If you're thinking about moving into a kma property… management property, run, don't walk, in the other direction. I think maybe even cha housing is run better than these clowns run this property. If negative stars were an option, you can bet I give them a billion.
