Great Apartment
Only issues are, that they cancel service requests without speaking to you. Still waiting for wrap around bathroom shower since June. still a good place to live for the money... just need some TLC

I dont live in one of your properties but i have someone who does and they are constantly dealing with problems and they have called all week about a bunch of things and no answers and every time she schedules them to come fix her stuff they dont she has been dealing with ac problems this whole time she has lived here and nothing is getting done but oh u want you 800 and something a month but u cant provide service when needed u need to get your stuff in order

The long and short of it is that this was not a good experience, you aren't in good company, and they attempted to enter my apartment while we were asleep and then said they had legal right to come in whenever they wanted, which is why we ended up leaving.

I am sitting in my 80 degree apartment with what feels like 100% humidity as I type this review so be warned I'm annoyed and very upset. Since moving in we have had 3 car ' accidents' ( some backed into my car, keyed my brothers, and ripped off my drivers side door handle) and have gotten the gas stolen quite a few times. When we contacted the… management, they said not their problem and told us it was OUR PROBLEM, apparently if we see people who do not belong there we should report it to the courtesy officer. We have lived here for 2years working on the 3 years. This last year-and-a-half has been awful. Maintenance takes forever to fix something. I called and complained several times about people smoking weed and doing drug deals and the building I live then nothing gets done. The parking is awful the worst part is it that the tenants cars it's… everybody they invite over I mean we have people parking on the curves making their own parking spots the people who live here. And for a while the management up there had no clue what they were doing and they were going through so many people in office
