Rented a property through Fairview and was not happy. This management company is lead by a very unprofessional and dishonest manager/owner. They are unresponsive with things and do not communicate well within their company or to the tenants. They continuously lied about the standing of the property to try and get us to move into another property they are managing.
Due to them being a property management company, it is very hard or unlikely you will have contact with the owner. They used this to their advantage well. I would not recommend renting with them as a tenant or owner.
