Jaime was excellent. Looked at one house, he warned a bit about it, said we can do better and kept looking. Shortly after found a great house and a great price. Pushed everything through quickly and effortlessly. Kept track of what work had been done and passed all invoices along as soon as he got them. Felt reassured as the process of getting my 1st place was coming together.
