This energizing 60-minute class combines lunges, mountain climbers and squats as well as therapeutic yoga postures and stretches. Our signature barre class is open to all levels. This class combines techniques of ballet barre, Pilates core work and yoga stretches. Muscles are worked and stretched in a way that will maximize caloric burn while creating lean, ballerina-like musculature.
Named 'Lazy man's yoga' because it combines all of the benefits of yoga without the work. Thai yoga consists of flow with deep, rhythmic pressure to muscles and energy pathways in the body, combined with stretching and joint mobilization. Slowly and smoothly, the body expands and compresses to relieve tension and restrictions, creating a state of energized calmness.
