I have personally used him for the purchase for two houses. My husband and I initially met Gene using Redfin for the search of our first house in 2015. Eugene is extremely knowledgeable about the DC, MD, and VA area because he has over 30 years experience and it shows! He is not into making a quick sale, but literally looks out for your best interest as the buyer or seller in a real estate transaction. I worked with him again with the purchase of my house this past January in 2020. Absolutely the best!
