Lodestar Home Inspections

I've used Steve over at Lodestar to inspect two houses now, and he does a GREAT job. It is detailed and above and beyond what I have gotten from others. Great text and email communications as well with a really nice report with great documentation and photos at the end.
They are the ones you want to check your house.

Inspection was scheduled promptly and results were emailed the same day as the inspection, with lots of detail and photos to back up the issues highlighted. I would definitely use Lodestar Home Inspections for any future needs.

Steve did a great job with our home inspection! He is very thorough, professional, and informative. His online portal for scheduling the inspection and viewing the report is very convenient, and his inspection reports are the best I have ever seen. The report is very detailed and potential issues are highlighted and categorized by severity. Plus bonus points for scheduling our inspection in less than 24 hours when we were in a pinch!

Mr. Steve Hicks did an outstanding job inspecting my home. The inspection of my home was done professionally and Mr. Hicks took extra time to discuss each test and what I could expect to learn from each test. I have an older home, and just wanted some verification as to where things stood, especially with respect to air quality, crawl space, and radon testing. He performed all these tests and had digital results back to me very quickly.
