Looked on their website for apartment prices, found 2-br around $700-750 a month a week ago. Looked again Monday, 10/25, couldn’t find pricing. I called, spoke to Jasmine, she explained that their 2-br range from A, B, C… plus the premium, etc?? starting at $815 for A. Which apparently means no upgrades, ? So, I went on line Tuesday, 10/26 and filled out an application, paid the fee, and it popped up with a screen to say $890 a mos for 2-br A. I called and spoke to Jasmine again. She said oh, well our prices went up..!? I said SINCE YESTERDAY!? I told her I’ve had nothing but trouble with

Management is SO rude & does NOT communicate to people applying. We were approved, waiting to pay our deposit, & they gave the unit away to someone else WITHOUT telling us. I had to call them & that’s when they told me the apartment I was “interested in” was no long available. Don’t waste your time applying or living here.

I'd like to think this is the most mismanaged apartment complex in town, but at the very least they have to be in the running. Our daughter lived here with a roommate for a year and the complete lack of communication and just outright dishonesty is astounding. One of the more unbelievable things that happened was they received a notice of a rent increase inside the 30 day window to give notice to move. After moving in July, she received a collection notice in September from a Collection agency. They received a refund from Quail Creek so it's obvious there's no balance due. The manager admitted

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management is very rude and provides terrible customer service. They charged us a late fee even though we paid rent on time. They intentionally hung up on me when I called to complain about this issue. They accused my roommate of forging my signature. They accused me of setting my alarm to go off at 3 a.m. They accused both of us of smoking weed in the apartment. They didn't notify me that I had a package waiting at the office. The list goes on. Don't waste your money living here. Find a landlord that actually cares about their residents.

This complex is run by unprofessional scammers. Every chance they got the tried to take advantage of my roommate and I because we are young. When we moved in, they tried to raise our rent after we signed the lease because they decided to “upgrade” the apartment features. All they did was replace the flooring. They didn’t include any of the other upgrades that would require an increase in rent according to their website. Later on, they also raised rent and didn’t tell us 30 days in advance. During a pandemic. As a reaction, my roommate and I wanted to move out when our lease was up. However

Quail creek is a TERRIBLE place to live. They have little to no security, ZERO cameras except for one right outside the office. Our cars have been broken into on five separate occasions just within 8 months and all the office and security company ever said was "sorry that happened" and continued to do nothing, even though all of our neighbors are also having that same issue. Oh and the last time it happened in September, my girlfriend walked outside to go to work at 7 am and a man was in the middle of breaking into her car and he held her at gunpoint and ran away. Someone also tried to steal my

I've lived here a year and a half and LOVE it. We know most of the neighbors well, the staff is amazing, they really go out of their way to help you! We don't have dogs but we do have a few cats, we loved every second of the pool this summer, and my husband loves the gym area. So glad we found this place, we are in a three bedroom and have more than enough room for all our stuff. We have an autistic daughter and by and large the neighbors know her and are protective of her, which is a huge plus. Yes, we do occasionally hear the neighbors but for the most part its a very 'chill' place to live. I
