Can’t thank the folks at Chote’s enough. Not only were they able to squeeze me in on a crazy day, they were able to quickly grab my truck that didn’t run, stop, or steer in a precarious position without any issues in a matter of seconds and secure it and get it home safe. Needed a last minute tow for a non-running vehicle that was kind of a pain to get to and Chote's came to the rescue! I've been really screwed by Aviles & Gabe and have resorted to towing my own stuff with a u-haul ever since that incident, but I was in a jam and I can't be more thankful that I was told about these folks! Mike came out to help me get my truck started. I thought the alternator was out since I couldn't get it to jump. He figured it was just the battery, so he jumped it and said do not turn it off until you can get the battery replaced. He saved me a ton of money by NOT towing it to my mechanic. He was very personable and respectful of my time. He was very upfront on the timing and it worked out just fine for me since I wasn't in a hurry. Communicated any delays as soon as he new about them. Licensed and bonded-these guys are awesome!

Unfortunately my girlfriend and I had to call a tow truck yesterday when the clutch went out on her car. We called Chotes and within 20 minutes we had someone out there to pick the car up.
Shannon was the driver dispatched to us and we can't speak more highly of his service. He called us in advance and got our exact location while on his way and gave us an accurate eta. I'm pretty familiar with tow services as I own a classic car which gets plenty of mechanical issues and now I'm only going to use Chote's from now on due to their fast, friendly service and competitive pricing.
Today I needed to get my old VW bus to the shop and I got prompt attention by calling Chote's. Mike took great care of my car and was a good guy to chat with while the car was getting setup on the flatbed.

Great service. I broke down just off of 183 and every tow company said it would take an hour and a half or longer.
I told the dispatcher at Chote's I had my eight year-old with me and we were stuck on the side of the road in 90+ degree heat.
Mike showed up less than 40 minutes later and we were back home shortly thereafter. The best part? Their rate was the best of the three companies I called.
Highly recommended.

Full disclosure: I used Chevron Travel Club for this towing, so maybe some of the fault was on their end.
Anyways, I called yesterday at 2:25 and was told it would take the dispatched tow truck an hour to arrive. At 3:45 I called again and was told it would take an additional 45 minutes. At 5:10 I called yet again and was told that they just talked to the towing company and we were quoted another 45 minutes. I took this time to file a formal complaint about the Travel Club. I received a call from Chote's at 5:20 saying that the driver would call me soon. By 6:00, I still had heard nothing

Today was my first tow truck experience. I called, a nice lady named Carmen answered and patiently took down source and destination addresses. Her husband Greg also works there so it seems like a nice family business. A tow truck came pretty fast; there is a warning call about five minutes before it arrives.
