Back in 2004 Helena Hughes, owner and operator of Pax Massage, was caring for her terminally ill grandmother when she brought in the assistance of Hospice. As part of their caring program, a massage therapist would visit every other week to give her grandmother a massage and would offer the care taker a massage as well.

If the business allows an occasional transfer to another person once and then changes their business practice without an explanation to the client, then the fault lies with the business. This is what occurred.
As a long standing client on a monthly program I was insulted by the lack of appreciation for my business. Helena, who's the owner, has had staff that mismanaged other appointments as well.
Helena sold me gift certificates at my monthly discount for others in my family for the holidays or birthday gifts. So she herself created the practise then changed the rules mid way.
