Begin with sauna to relax your whole body, followed by a personalized aromatherapy massage to help your body and mind re-balance, then use warm moist towels or a shower at the end of the massage. A customized massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas.
The best choice for anyone suffering from clogged and congested pores. This facial includes cleansing, a bubbling oxygenated deep pore treatment with steam and extractions. Followed by a specialized blue hydrojelly mask and blue LED light therapy, which work together to destroy bacteria, calm inflammation and reduce the appearance of scarring over time.
Cleanse (dry brush), exfoliate, examine skin for blemishes, dryness and any problem areas. Extract if needed. Follow with a massage of the back with Jojoba oil, apply soothing Paraffin mask, and head massage while mask sets. Remove Mask and moisturize. This is a soothing and pampering experience on an area of the skin that we often neglect.
Makeup application utilizing an airbrush foundation machine rather than traditional foundation. Airbrush makeup is sprayed onto the skin and provides medium to full coverage and is water-resistant, while feeling exceptionally light on the skin. Only the foundation is airbrush, the rest of the makeup will be done using traditional products.

LifeBloom is almost too good to be true! From new patient on-boarding and welcome to post treatment the service was exceptional. This is not your typical fast life/fast consumption drop in. Slow and mindful. Top notch team, first class massage tables, high quality essential oils and great location, easy parking and you feel as though you are going to your Wellness Doctor. I got the Glow massage and absolutely loved it! After a full body polish (sugar or salt option) took a quick shower (sanitized facilities) and then received an amazing therapeutic massage.

It's been a couple of years since I've been able to have a massage due to cancer. Last night I finally broke that trend with an amazing massage from Hunter Birch, at LifeBloom Massage & Spa. Not only did Hunter provide me with one of the best massages I've had, but he was really sensitive to working around the areas that I'm having pain in. He checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was feeling comfortable. He's so professional and a genuinely caring person. The Spa is beautiful, clean, and so peaceful. Everything about the experience was perfect! Two relaxed thumbs up!

This place is amazing. I’ve had 3 deep tissue massages here and they’re exactly what I needed. Nate is phenomenal. He listens to what your problem areas are and works on those first and foremost which is so much better then any “routine” massage, yet he definitely makes sure to cover all the bases. The place is clean and comfortable. They staff is very pleasant and accommodating. If you need deep work, this is the place you want to go. I have been to literally over 5 different massage places in Cape Ann and there’s no question I’ll be returning to Lifebloom.
