Over the last few weeks I have sent 2 emails and called/left messages 5 times about booking a trolley for my wedding. I never received a response, terrible customer service and communication.
UPDATE: I tried calling and left 2 more messages over the last few days. I would never recommend this company as you are unable to reach them in any way.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Mark was more than helpful with booking and answering all questions while making sure all of our needs were met. Pricing was completely affordable and reasonable. Maria, our driver, was awesome and super sweet. She made sure we went everywhere we wanted to go and was super accommodating. Overall, fabulous experience and will definitely be booking with Third Coast Trolley again!!

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to write one for Third Coast Trolley because they are an ethical and customer centric business that does right by its customers. Mark was easy to work with, answered all our questions promptly, was forthright and transparent, and worked with us on pricing.
When an unforeseen and uncontrollable issue came up with one of the vehicles, Mark spent hours fixing the situation and even split the difference in cost, which he didn't have to do. In the end, they may have lost some money on our reservation, but they gained a loyal customer who will use them again

ONE OF A KIND!!!!!!! I am so so happy that we were able to find Mark and his trolley for our wedding!!!! This was exactly what we were looking for because it has a mix of Trolley and Party bus in one!! We have dubbed it Pralley!!!! The Driver was prompt and on time and Mark (The main contact) was a blessing to work with during this crazy time. Our bridal party loved it and had a great time on it.
