I have to transfer a forklift from San Jose to Fremont. I called the company where I bought it, the company does provide transfer service, but the price is much higher. When I call C and S Towing to see if they can do such service. I was pleasantly surprised not only they could handle the special equipment, but also the price was unbeatable. The office lady was very nice to follow up with me. We made an appointment for the following week. The driver showed up on time and handled professionally with courtesy.
I definitely will use them again and highly recommend C and S Towing.

Tow company improperly towed a tenants rv on my property today criminally hit and ran damaged my property after demanding tools from me to remove a drive shaft from my renters rv which they towed on the wheel lift of an empty carrier tow truck which damages even the tow truck and with the rear tow bar wheel lift overloaded they plowed up my parking lot causing thousands in damage but left no insurance information as required by California Vehicle Code

Husband's truck broke down so we had to call a tow truck. I called a few businesses but either their truck was out to far or broken down. My husband called here and they sent a truck out within 30 minutes. Driver hooked it up quickly and too it to our place. Unhooked it just as quickly and also helped push it into our parking lot. Would highly recommend this tow company. Didn't catch the drivers name but he was super nice. Thanks again C & S.

The office texted me when driver will be arriving. The driver, Martin, was very efficient in loading my unstartable 700lb cruiser. I followed him in my car to the shop where my bike would get serviced and he was very quick. Tow was a little pricey but I would rather pay a little more for text updates than wait like a fool for other companies who may make you wait over an hour.

Started off with a very nice women answering my call. She got all the information from me and had a big tow truck out faster than I've ever experienced.
We got our rental Uhaul truck stuck. One of the bigggg trucks. Carlos came out and had us back on the road in only a few minutes.

Used C&S Towing today to get my sons vehicle off HW101 and back home. It had a blown tire and no spare! Excellent service from end to end, starting with Christine who first answered the phone and was courteous. The tow truck arrived within about 20 mins and the guy took time and extra effort to not damage the front fender which was low to the ground. Dropping off outside our home, he suggested using axle stands to lower the front of the vehicle onto from the truck bed. Made it easier to later remove the wheel for a new tire to be fitted. Great job!

Today I had to get my car towed from San Jose to San Ramon to take it mechanic. I called C&S and they arrived 10 min before the time and very carefully loaded the car on to the truck bed. I have to appreciate them for taking extra steps to avoid the front bumper scratching on the ground while loading. The tow truck driver was friendly and quickly did everything very professionally. Their rate was also very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone. If I ever need towing again in future, I will call only them

I had a huge project for C&S towing. I made arrangements with this Fantastic company, coordinated by the amazing Christina as my Point of contact. The whole project was scheduled from another state (Ohio).
They went above and beyond every step of the way.
We towed and moved a Qty of (12) thirty foot long box trucks from northern San Jose California all the way to Gilroy almost 50 miles one way. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire project as well as providing some Phenomenal suggestions that made the whole project easier and less expensive.
There Tow vehicles are in Immaculate condition
They went above and beyond every step of the way.

Victor arrived very fast after I called him in the morning, which is usually very busy. He was very friendly and communicated clearly. He even spoke Spanish ( My native language). He arrived fast to the drop off destination and left the car parked in the driveway. He made it fast and easy. I am truly impressed with C and S Towing. I call for a quote, decided to book a tow. Lady said 15-20min, tow driver was there in 15. That doesn't happen much in the bay area. Driver was friendly, wasted no time in towing my car. I called back the same day, and got the same service. Fast and friendly.

I called for towing service, and they came with 30mins, and reasonable price! Later on I asked for invoice which I can reimburse from insurance company, they are super responsive and email me with proper invoice right away! Absolutely recommended!!!!

Called in, was greeted with great customer service on the phone.
Tow truck arrived with 15 minutes and got me loaded and over to the shop promptly with ease and care.
We arrived at the destination and got the van offloaded, chatted a little with the driver and was onto my next task.
I would recommend you giving them a chance if you are in a pinch!

Woke up to leave for work on a Monday morning and my car wouldn't start. My boyfriend and I tried to jump it but it still wouldn't work. I called C & S and they had someone out in less than 30 minutes. I had wanted to take it to a repair shop but Carlos wanted to try jumping it. It ended up working via the jump! He suggested that I drive around for 10 miles to recharge it, but recommended I get a new battery. After driving around for a little bit and restarting the car, it still sounded very weak. Carlos offered to install a new battery if I went and bought a new one. After buying

The lady Maria was very understanding and willing to help me even when I gave her attitude she kept a smile and did everything she can to help me. Carlos and Martin are amazing. I Won't even bother trying to explain the crazy situation I asked them to attempt, but they went above an beyond to give it everything they had and that alone was worth the generous tip. If you need a tow company in San Jose and want somebody whose going to care about your situation go with C&S.

The service itself was good. On-time arrival which is hard to come by in the towing industry. Although they did not call me 10 minutes ahead of time like they said they would. Also, they're significantly more expensive than other towing companies in the area. $140 for a 3 mile tow seems rather extreme to me.

Precision to detail and extremely efficient at towing. Stuck in a dangerous neighborhood not only did the tow truck person make me feel safe but also made me feel like as if I was getting some type of VIP towing treatment. My next statement sums up how I truly feel about them in fewer words "I would have gladly paid way more than what I was charged in a heartbeat".
