If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I have never seen such poor and degrading customer service. If you like being harassed, blamed, or just plain ignored, then rent with this company. But be warned, the multiple maintenance requests or any other issues will not be solved after multiple attempts of contacting for an "order form" to be put in. (They probably use that line as a way to get residents off the phone.) They have a lease but do not abide by it. After multiple conversations with Stephanie Simmons (the leasing manager), it is clear that her team is mismanaged and she does not care
