Corridors smell like dead bugs and stale weed. maintenance does a bad job of announcing themselves, they tend to barge into homes unscheduled and unannounced looking for "water leaks" or doing "occupancy checks" making people feel very insecure in their homes. the grounds look disgusting more often than not. I convinced all my friends to move out i… couldn't stand to visit here anymore the floor plans are glorified shoe boxes and the smell is just so atrocious everywhere in their buildings. the corporate management is located here and it just goes to show that a drug ridden complex with

Its taken me awhile to write this review but I moved into Concord Place around April of 2018 and could not have been happier. It was clean, affordable, the staff was excellent, and the maintenance crew was always Johnny-on-the-spot to fix things. The winter snow plowing was good. I do wish they'd put down more salt on the roadways leading out as they tend to get slick. The laundry rooms were clean and worked very well. They use an app called Pay Range, which is so much more convenient than using quarters! I was able to pay my rent online. That was helpful as I could pay half in each of my

This place is super sketchy. Break-ins are common and plumbing issues are rampant. Multiple times I had the water shut off in the middle of showering with NO notice and the staff was completely unhelpful. People constantly break in to the pool house to throw late night parties and leave unattended toddlers at the pool. But I guess it's the place to be if you like to be nosy and watch the cops swing by your neighbor's place every other day - plenty of that.
It gets worse every year but rent is always increasing. It's definitely not worth it.

Water is always getting shut off without any warning. I have asked many of times can they please warn us. We never know how long before they cut it back on. It is 10:40pm and I want to shower and get ready for work in the morning but I can't because the water is cut off. My car was also broken into last month.

I moved in at the end of March of this year and got bed bug bites within three days. I wasn't sure what it was at first because I've never had this problem before. After one week of being here I alerted the office. They said someone would be out that Monday, nobody ever showed up. I went back in person and asked and nobody had ever set up an appointment.

Two weeks later I got frustrated enough to call Edward Rose directly and someone came to look shortly after. They promptly declared I didn't have anything going on- even after I showed them the dozens of bites I had, some of which

I have been living here for close to 5 years now and this place has its own pro's and con's. Firstly I moved here because of Edward Rose reputation. Getting an apartment was easy. To go on with pro's its closer to campus and all the things I need is less than 5 minutes drive. Rent is cheap if you are living by yourself and free heat and gas. Also, its open parking so guests don't have to worry about it. Maintenance team is always on point and they always do their job 100%. Coming to cons, i would say they lack in basic maintenance. For example i have never seen anyone clean

Wouldn't recommend to anyone, got told when we moved in to not worry about the carpets because they replace them in between tenants and then got charged 500$ out of my lease for the carpets being dirty. Not very safe either

If I could select zero stars I would. If at all possible DO NOT LIVE HERE! The office staff does not care about you. I've had bugs in my apartment for the entire 6 months I've lived here. I called the office twice with them playing it off as apparently I wasn't serious because they told me someone would be out, and no one ever came. On the third call, I spoke directly to a manager and he told me no one ever put in a request for me. How lovely. Bugs in my bed and the people who are my landlords don't care. He said someone will be out next week, third promise of the same thing

My Jeep got broken into while living here... I have only lived her over a month. The leasing office said it was completely safe and they rarely have problems... The cop who did my report told me how unsafe it is and told me they get a lot of cars that get broken into there.
Rent is cheap and the apartments are well kept up... But make sure you don't have a nice car or if you do get an alarm!
