I will say, the office staff and leasing agents were generally friendly and responsive, and this is not a reflection of them. However, these apartments are extremely poorly constructed and poorly maintained. Our apartment would flood consistently, our AC unit had to be fixed continuously (we ended up having to keep a metal mixing bowl underneath it and empty it every few hours), and several spots in the walls were holding so much moisture that they were warped and malleable to the touch. Our heat went out in the middle of the winter (during a week in which it was below 15 degrees) and their solution

Management is fine. But these apartments do not let you get the feeling of living on your own unless you have the top floor. These are 1970’s apartments with a 00’s coat of paint plastered on. Every step you take and everything you say beyond light voice will be heard by your neighbors and vice versa it’s very annoying and completely unacceptable for the price of the place. Do not live here unless you plan on living on the top floor, don’t mind every step you take making a squeak, and don’t mind hearing EVERY fight your neighbors have. The place is beautiful professional manager Brain friendly staff and maintenance safety great people upstairs neighbors is a bit loud but that's apart of apartment living wish there where a few more amenities but they have been upgrading these apartments like crazy so I'm sure better amenities are coming. Its truly a great place to live

I have only lived here for about 6 months but I truly have no complaints. Your far enough away from the road that you dont hear any cars or traffic. Bryan is a great manager who always responds quickly to my texts or emails. The best part about the place is how extremely quiet it is. You never hear your neighbors or anything outside your own apartment. Rent might seem a little high, but for the area/location and the new renovations, it seems fair enough to me

The positive is that the management and maintenance people are very friendly. The issue is that this July, when the 'real temperature' is over 100 degrees, the air-conditioning is not working - after several attempts to repair the unit. We now are on day 4 waiting for it to be fixed. Also, we have called the office during office hours a number of times - and no one answers the call. We've had to call the emergency maintenance line for help.
