I have been very impressed from my first interaction starting with Monique. She was very professional but personable. The process was very simple through their online portal and Monique and Brian helped me when I had any questions. The property manager was super nice and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The move in was very easy and… everything was ready when we walked in the door upon arrival. There were a few things minor wrong and they quickly fixed it the same day. My boyfriend recently signed a lease with Belmont Providence last week and the experience ever since has been nothing but frustrating. When looking for a place, these apartments had stellar reviews. Brian did do a good job with the process of getting my boyfriend locked in to a place and move in was set for April.
Upon the move in date, we noticed multiple roaches in the apartment. It continued for a few days with NO food in the space. This was a consistent occurrence to see multiple roaches whenever we would go to the apartment

Response to Belmont - My lease did state that I owed a fee but it was your responsibility to provide the exact amount owed prior to moving. You failed to do so when I inquired MULTIPLE times and when I met with your leasing manager. The fee amount was also missing from my lease termination paperwork in the space provided and that is where you lacked accountability. Please also be mindful that your leasing organization KPM agreed with me and adjusted YOUR mistake. This is a reference for anyone that NEEDS to terminate their lease, to demand a response and exact amount, or you, Belmont Providence

I have lived in a handful of apartments spanning a couple different states and this is the best apartment I have ever lived in. You can count on a maintenance person showing up the day after you put in your request (or in the same day for emergencies like when my A/C broke before a dinner party). The staff are all very personable and pleasant to deal with and Brian is an awesome manager. The apartments themselves feel spacious and modern and even the kitchens are a manageable size. There is a nice walkway that wraps around a lake in the back of the property. People use the walkway to exercise/walk

I highly recommend Belmont at Providence Apartments! My apartment was very homey and had up to date appliances. I never had any issues with anything during my stay there. The neighborhood is very friendly and has a perfect area to take walks. I highly recommend working with Brian at the front office. He is a great guy!

This place is amazing. Been here for about two years and had nothing but a great experience. Anytime you need maintenance they are there immediately for even the smallest things. The staff is the best really, truly made my living much more better. If your looking for clean, organized place to live, well this place is it.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and WOW. This place was amazing. The maintenance was fast and the members in the front office were always so friendly and helpful. If I had not have had to leave due to the military I would have stayed. Such an amazing community and a beautiful complex!

We have been at Belmont for a little over a year now and we absolute adore our apartment. Everyone is friendly from the leasing staff to the maintenance staff. They all work hard to ensure that your home is comfortable. Any time we have had to put in a request it is always handled promptly and professionally. I love the door hangers they put on the doors after a service ticket is complete.
The neighborhood itself is very quiet. Very beautiful. It is nice to be able to walk around in the evenings around the pond or complex. It is always clean and well taken care of.

Excellent place to live. I have been here for almost 7 years and the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy the get together activities the staff put on for the residents. Especially the summer cookout by the pool and the Gift wrapping party at Christmas. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a safe place to call home. In recent days lot of theft incidents are happened in our apartment but no steps has taken yet.

My husband and I had no issues while living here, it was after we moved out that we were charged an arm and a leg. They claimed our pets had urinated in several places around the apartment and charged us for the carpet to be replaced plus an additional $400 to "seal the subfloor". Our pets are litter box trained and were never allowed in the… bedroom, where they claimed there was urine. I understand with pets there are times there may be accidents, but our pets were crated when we were not home & at night. There is no possible way they urinated in the places claimed. My husband and I just moved in about a month ago and so far it's been a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful and so are the amenities. It's a great place to raise children as well. The staff is really good at what they do, very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Not worth the price. WAY too many rules. I really did not enjoy my time here. It was well maintained to be fair. I felt like I needed a lawyer every time I gave them money. If you are military and need flexibility for deployments and such then DO NOT LIVE HERE.
