Services
Speech, occupational, and physical therapy require a referral and prescription from your child's primary care physician or specialty care physician depending on your insurance coverage. The prescription should be for an evaluation and treatment for PT/OT/ST. Please have a prescription and insurance card with you when you come for your evaluation.

I can't thank Ms. Debra and Ms. Angelique enough! Our son was non verbal when he started in June of 2020 and no later than December of 2020 he became verbal. Now that he can express himself he's learning more words and expressing his wants/needs. Thank you a million times over Beckman & Associates! Choosing them as our therapist was THE BEST decision we could have made for our son's growth and well-being.

I took my son to Ms. Beckman when he was 1 week old at the advice of a lactation specialist. He hadl ost too much weight with breastfeeding and I had to bottle feed him instead. Ms. Beckman diagnosed him with oral motor weakness and gave me a set of exercises to do at home with him. Within a few weeks he was able to nurse exclusively. When he was about 10 months old, he could not eat anything with chunks in it. He would gag. I took him in again and they did therapy with him and successfully got him eating. He's needed speech therapy for speech delays and tongue thrust several times as he was growing

My baby was eight days old when we visited Dr. Beckman. He did not have a consistent latch and was starting to lose weight, thus we started to bottle feed with donor milk. I was very concerned that he would not want me after receiving a bottle. Dr. Beckman was cheerful, humble, knowledgeable and very positive that 1) baby was born knowing how to latch on to me...we just needed to remind him. And 2)
baby should have no problem switching back-and-forth between nipple and bottle it was just a matter of strengthening the muscles that were weak. That was such a relief for a first time mommy. She went
