A comprehensive eye care treatment and service provider serving patients in Carrollton and DFW. Swiss Eye Care provides our patients with the latest in vision care technology in order ensure earlier detection, diagnosis, and treatment of eye diseases and disorders. The Swiss Eye Care Boutique offers a wide selection of the latest in high-end designer frames and eyewear, including Prada, Gucci, and Dior.
Dr. Sang An is a therapeutic optometrist, as well as a glaucoma specialist, who specializes in treating patients with eye diseases and disorders, such as blepharitis, glaucoma, corneal degeneration, corneal dystrophy, and patients with post-surgical, keratoconic, multi-focal, astigmatic, or other difficult to fit prescriptions for gas permeable and soft contact lenses.
We accept several types of vision insurance, cash, checks, and most credit cards. We inform our Carrollton patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know. Many employers are offering Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options to employees.

At Swiss Eyecare, we strive to meet all of your eye and vision care needs. Corrective lens evaluations and prescription management are provided by our optometrist in Carrollton. Very poor customer service. Or non existent customer service. "Doctor" walked out into the hallway when we walked in and didn't even greet us, just sighed and walked in to another room and closed the door. Lol. Entire store looks like it's going out of business. Glasses strewn all over table tops. No one is cleaning the trays with tried on pairs. No one at the counter when we decided to walk out.

I have been coming here for my annual eye exam around 4 years now, and Dr. An is always very professional, and conscientious with his exams. I always feel like he really cares about my eye health, and he really listens to any needs or issues I am having with my eyesight. I would highly recommend his clinic. The staff have always been professional and very helpful as well.

I have been coming here for the past 1-2 years. I called today to get coverage details since I have a new vision insurance thru a new employer. Talk about unpleasant/unhappy staff. Grace was her name, she's simply not thrilled to take calls, zero customer service skills. After I received coverage information, I said I will call back (to schedule a future appointment for my family) and said thanks. Before I even finished saying thanks she clicked on me. I called right back to call her out on how rude she was and tell her what is up with her attitude. She said I'm sorry I have other calls

Just had the worst experience in this place. I was 10 mins late to my appointment. Which I admit to as my bad. So they had to mark my appointment as "missed" and set me up as a "walk in." However, they were so incredibly overbooked. So I asked them for an estimated time frame for my wait. And they said they couldn't give me a time frame but they will have time to see me before lunch. My appointment was for 10:40. So I waited for about an hour and a half. At noon, I went check on my waiting status and they had me behind the 11:00 and 11:20 appointment. It was 12:10. Which

Dr. An's office was able to squeeze me in as a walk-in for an emergency contact lens exam/fitting after I ripped one of my contact lenses. I was traveling and my prescription had just expired. When I called in, the girls that work the front desk were attentive and told me the best times to come in so I wouldn't have to wait long. Dr. An was professional, accommodating, and incredibly friendly. I couldn't ask for a better visit. The exam and trial pair of contacts totaled to around $100 without insurance. I'd definitely return if ever in the area again.

I've been taking both my teenagers here for the past 3 years.
I found them because of their reviews and most importantly, their convenient Saturday hours and location right near my home.
I struggle with appointments during the week, but I can get stuff done on Saturday and they are flexible during those limited hours-sometimes able to "squeeze" us in.
The staff and doctor are not very engaged with customers, Outside of "May I help you", you have to drive the conversation, which in the beginning of the business relationship, was difficult for me because I knew nothing

WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE! Save yourself some time and look for an alternative place to go. I would give them no stars, if possible! Worst service ever. Went here because I had an emergency. One of my contacts was torn and it was the only one I had left. Asked for a sample and was told I could buy a box! If I needed a box, sure no problem. But I only needed one lens. Was not about to spend $75+ to buy a box of contacts. They clearly only care about making a profit.

Great doctor, great staff, great practice. I've been coming here for years and they always make a great effort to get you an appointment quickly. The doctor spends a decent amount of time with you, and they are a practice that's fluent in English and Korean. They have eyewear and contacts available in store but aren't pushy about using their services- I've always had great experiences here. Worth a shot!!

Went in for a routine eye check and to see if Dr An could help me with an eye condition I have had for the past 15 years or so. Dr An quickly diagnosed my problem and wrote me a prescription to fix it. I have been self conscious about my eye problem all this time and now it's under control. Highly recommend Swiss Eye Care.

I have seen Dr An for about 3 years now and I have always had a pleasant experience. My 4 year old needed to see an eye doctor because her brief exam at her pediatrician concluded she needed further evaluation. Well I called and the girl at the front desk verified with the doctor about seeing my daughter. Reluctantly I made an appointment but I'm very glad I did! Dr An and his staff were awesome with Hannah. She did not need glasses right now but we will monitor it. I've been Dr. An's patient for the past 2-3 years now and I never leave disappointed. From the simple and always organized environment, friendly front desk (also very knowledgeable in operating the pre-examination) to an awesome optometrist, who actually takes interest in conversing with me (which definitely helps the appointment run much smoother). I'm never hesitant to ask any questions if I'm ever confused about my results or about the big ophthalmology terms I may come across. He makes it such a comfortable visit!
