Dr. Derryberry has the highest level of credentialing for an Optometrist. He is a Glaucoma Specialist and Therapeutically Certified which means he can do much more than general eye exams. Remember that early signs of diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, and elevated cholesterol levels can often be detected through an eye exam.
We accept many major medical insurances and discount eyewear plans. Health insurance and vision insurance are very different, and each employer's plan has unique qualities. Our office team will be happy to verify your coverage. Some employee health insurance programs cover vision and eye health exams, eyewear, contact lenses, and in some cases, laser surgery.
Because we are dedicated to you, we want you to be happy with your new glasses! If you are not satisfied with your new specs, for any reason, we will do everything in our power to work with you to resolve the problem. A prescription can change in spite of the precise steps we take with your examination.
Morpheus8 is microneedling combined with radio frequency. The microneedles encourage collagen production and a smooth look to your skin. The radio frequency heats up lower layers of your skin to encourage tightening. It can be used on all parts of the body and it's great for someone who wants a little bit of skin tightening, but doesn't want to undergo an excisional surgery (where the doctor removes tissue).
