She was able to help us navigate several serious problems with the property and explained all the necessary steps of setting up an offer, counter offer, etc while dealing with absentee brokers, nasty surveyors, property lawyers, potential neighbors and more with grace and grit.

I have bought and sold several houses in Southern California and worked with multiple real estate agents. Paige is the best.
