Took my control arms in to replace some bushings on them, the guy told me he knew how to do it and for a good price so I went ahead and did the service with them. When I installed them, they made an extremely loud squeak noise. So I call the shop and the tech did not apply any grease whatsoever. He offers to redo the job if I bring in another set of bushings that I have to pay for out of my pocket even though it was his mistake. Then I bring them in and he wants to charge for the service again. Then proceeds to blame me for not providing instructions for something he's "trained"

This place is the best of best.
they replaced water pump and connector perfectly (bmw 430i)
they replaced rotor and brake pad perfectly (bmw 328 and bmw 535)
they changed ignition coil and spark plug perfectly (honda crv)
i will bring my family member's car soon
i did have auto part business and also I'm a bimmer so i ve met and had to deal with a lot of mechanics. from my experience, most of them were trying to scam you, overcharge you, bad work, take advantage of you. but JB auto part is the only one that 'Honest, professional, quality work and good price'

I was interested in buying a car from a dealership near by and wanted these guys to inspect the car. Jaime answered the phone, he was super professional, informative and pleasant to talk to. Jaime didn't rush me off the phone, he took his time to explain to me the price and what's included, he also gave me some tips. While I didn't end up bringing the car to them because I didn't like it once I saw it, I would totally have used this company. Jaime sounded super honest and professional. I'd recommend going there!

JB is by far one of the best experiences I've had with auto repair. Jaime was very pleasant and informative. When he gave me a diagnostic report of the report he was precise and did not try to over charge for unwanted work. He kept in communication about the status of the car. As a new owner of my car I was concerned I would not find a good mechanic but Jaime cleared my mind. I will definitely return in the next few months for my tuneup.

JB AUTO!!!!! THE BEST!!!! My younger brother refered me to this place....he said JAIME and CARLOS are the good guys....took my dodge ram in because my ac went out....jaime ran diagnostics and figured out exactly what the problem is and why is wasent working....told me up front what it would cost and the fix...didnt try to sell me on parts i didnt need....very clean shop....you can tell they take pride in their work and tools....im very pleased and now feeling soo cool with my fixed air cond!!!

Carlos is SO amazing! I had a weird occurance where I suspected my car was leaking gasoline. He was prompt and honest when he thoroughly checked my car and couldn't find any gas leak. The diagnostic was totally fair priced, and I will be absolutely returning when it's time for maintenance/repairs. Thank you Carlos!

Best shop in town! Jaime is always upfront and honest. They only fix what needs to be fixed. If they see something that's of a concern other than what you came in the shop for, they ask for your permission to fix it or give you other options if you're not ready to spend a large amount on a repair. Always helpful.

I was referred by three different people. Jaime and his brother are very knowledgeable, took the time to explain details and what my options were. Also informed me of a possible recall which saved me a lot of money at a possible loss of revenue to himself. Reasonably priced.

Cheaper, more professional than dealership and very transparent..felt very comfortable with quality of work and was done in timely matter and took the time to show pictures of damage and explain everything. I absolutely love this place!!! Any problem I have JAIME is always willing to help out and check my check engine light. ..I never have to wait long and he's straight and to the point! He also fixed 2 things that broke and when I came to pick it up he showed me the broken parts he fixed and being a woman I don't like being taken advantage of by mechanics but they are respectable and reasonable here!!!! #yay #ladyfriendly

Their service is just as good EVEN BETTER than dealerships. I would recommend coming here if you are out of warranty OR just plain fed up with crappy service at the dealerships. You don't want snobs doing sloppy jobs when YOU PAY for the service.
I trust my European cars and American cars here. They know what they are doing and just as certified.

Nice little shop that has some decent prices and from what we've had done here, does good work. Prices aren't too shabby.

The shop is great. They changed my timing belt, water pump and accessory belts and flushed the coolent all in an afternoon. They were very straight foward and not push so when I came back for a check engine light they told me it was just an inexpensive sensor and changed it for me quickly.
