I went to the shop due to the coolant leaking. Henry diagnosed the car and answered all the questions I had. He was very patient and willing to provide multiple suggestions. Though my car ended up back to the dealer because of the parts and warranty consideration, I was really happy that I went to the shop and found out what was the issue with my car.

My mechanic (Justin at Chicago Auto Body, also wonderful) recommended Henry at Integrity Transmission a couple of years ago when my son's car had problems. Rather than try to sell us on an expensive repair Henry told us it wasn't worth it. Recently, another car died on the freeway so we had to be towed. We had bled the transmission dry. Henry looked at the car promptly, told me there was a loose part and we were either going to have an inexpensive fix or a super expensive new transmission. He was able to fix the part, had the undercarriage cleaned so it didn't smell and we got our car back the

Integrity is a 30-minute-drive away from me. I chose them because I had compelling reasons to trust them, and I do. They’re a family enterprise that exemplifies trustworthiness, courtesy, objectivity, and professionalism in their dealings with concerned clients. We are yet to have another car serviced there and do entrust them with providing us with the best and least burdensome solution. . Took my car there a few months ago to get a new transmission. My car has been having other issues so I went to get it checked out. Was told my TRANSMISSION BOLTS ARE LOSE. This can cause major damage and lead to your car basically blowing up. This only happens because when the transmission was redone they didn’t do it properly. I went in today and was rudely told there was nothing they could do and that I could go tighten them myself or it’d cost me hundreds of dollars in labor. I worked with Henry at Integrity. As the problems with my X5 are intermittent and rather complicated, Henry came up with a plan which requires extended driving test in hopes to recreate the problems. Even though the problems didn’t appear, Henry returned my car with a comprehensive list of diagnostic codes and recommended a more specialized shop to go to. I really appreciate he took the time to help and did not charge me for this initial consultation. I will definitely refer friends to Integrity.

I bought a 1992 Doge B350 RV class B, and the transmission was overheating, leaking and slipping. Integrity took it in inspected it, then rebuilt it. After it was complete, they took care of a couple of fine-tuning issues and they made sure it was ALL take care of, as soon as possible. Integrity Transmissions is not the cheapest out there, but that's because they know what they're doing, they do amazing work, and most importantly they stand by it with their awesome warranty and costumer service. 4k mile Update: Since the rebuilt, We've done local camping, a trip to Arizona, Nevada, and the latest

I'm the original owner of a '72 Olds Cutlass S. In June, I brought my baby to Integrity to rebuild my 200R4 transmission. Integrity owner Henry Sr. personally rebuilt it and it's new again! Great communication from Henry Jr. as he kept me posted on progress. In October, my wife and I decided to repair our A/C. (Shamefully, it hadn't worked for 15 years). They converted the system form Freon to R134A. Once again, great communication on progress from Henry Jr. The A/C works great now!
