In addition to managing our income property, Jim was able to sell and close on another property within 30 days - we had a purchase agreement in five days. Jim has a good feel for tenants, our vacancy rate has been essentially zero for the past four years. I'd recommend Jim and Stoney Creek to any investor. Responsive and creative.

I’ve worked with Jim for the better part of the last 2 years as both my property manager and realtor. I highly recommend using him for any of your real estate needs. Jim was a pleasure to work with, he's very professional, knows the market, and is great at what he does. Jim provided hassle free management of our rental property for many years; finding us good long-term tenants, handling all repairs, and direct depositing rent payments.
