DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. We rented a property in April from brs. We had to hurt up and put a deposit down and told the house would be finished in 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and the house isn't done. We had to wait another 3 weeks. I told Al Phillips I had concerns about the home owner being able to fix stuff (furnace, ac unit) financially. AL PHILLIPS gave me his word as a man that it would be fixed no Matter what. Even if they had to use my RENT to fix it. Guess what? Ac unit went out and now the homeowner doesn't know if they're gonna fix
