Services
21 Property Management has a full time employee whose sole job is to do nothing, but property inspections. These property inspections take place quarterly, but make sure to be mindful of the given tenants schedule and privacy. Notes will always be taken. The notes cover areas such as facility maintenance, floor/wall condition and exterior conditions as well.
What can you be EVICTED for in Michigan? Under Michigan law, tenants can be evicted for not paying rent, for destruction of the rental property, for not following rules and regulations described in detail within the lease or rental agreement, engaging in illegal activities, or for creating health hazard in the rental property.

Whole process took about a week, pretty quick in my opinion. My Agent was Vickie and she explained everything to me in great detail, she got me in 2 days early and i paid in cash, some of the bills were newer so, they stuck together and there was an extra 20! Vickie returned this money and the whole move in so far is smooth. I have no complaints.
