Since I've moved in it has been one fun event after the next. Everyone here is so nice and everyone helps everyone. I love how management and the staff go out of their way to put all the events together and bring all of the residents together. I loved being a part of my old small town, but this tops that in everything. I don't think I'll ever move. I have everything I need here with all the great people and amenities.

I love my apartment, the staff is very helpful, informative and nice. Love that the complex is smoke free, and the amenities. the only issue that i have is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear every footstep other than that the complex is in a prime location for shopping, easy access to major highways, and a safe environment. looking forward to the summer to enjoy the pool and grills.

Leasing agents were so rushed my questions were not addressed. They pushed the apartment on me as if there is a commission competition. $75 a person just to check your credit is absurd. I was also never told of the additional $350 rent fee charged to the credit card before you are approved. Nicholas explained it's for the management company to profit for the days they lose while applying and the apartment isn't rented. Imagine the price gauging they are doing if you are unfortunate enough to actually live here. Not a place that cares about your family but only money.

I moved here in late March and despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Andrea and Nicholas from the leasing office have gone above and beyond to make it feel like a welcoming home. Each week they drop off gift bags and notes for residents that provide a sense of community and cheer. The building and the entire property are brand new; it feels like you're on a huge cruise ship almost. That is to say there is an ambiance of luxury that is relaxing to live in. Other residents are friendly, and the soon to open amenities like the pool with outdoor grills, gym, and clubhouse area with billiards table and fireplace
