Since we moved to The Lena
21/2years ago my experience has been amaizing! The staff Tatiana, Allison and Trey has been nothing less than professional and accommodating. I recently put in a work order for several items that I put aside due to Covid19 and my request was completed with a sense of urgency, professionalism & cleanliness. All my request were handled at one time...I'm highly impressed! Not that I expected anything less
This is not an apartment complex this is a home made up of amaizing, nice, friendly residents!
The amenities are awesome....pool, grill, gym, lounge, resident

They refused to fix problems with ventilation system--toxic air and mold that made me sick with an allergic reaction and breathing problems while living there. They charged me $18,500 to break my lease. Also there are hidden fees in staying here (parking, amenities, concierge mail, internet, paying rent transaction fees, late fees, etc)

Lived here for a few years after selling my home in basking ridge, N.J. . I am now an empty Nestor & thought this would be suitable. Well, it's really not kept up to par . The elevator is mostly out of order! The garage needs to be cleaned and the ever blinking lights need to be replaced. I've been told by neighbors the door is left open overnight; this leads right into the underground garage. Also, they go cheap in garbage disposals, kitchen & bath cabinets are not securely screwed in. My kitchen door of my cabinet came right off the hinge & hit me in the head ! Still not

So far, so great. When I first visited the complex, I checked out the gym where half dozen people were working out. They commented on how much they enjoyed living at RP. In the few months I have been here, I feel the same way. The staff from maintenance to administration has been awesome. The grounds and building are well kept. I have called for little things from maintenance and each incident was responded to quickly. I am quite pleased that I decided on this community among the many choices I had.

Absolutely horrible place. Do not live here. And do not be fooled by their fake, inside job "five star" reviews.
Not only is the management stealing money from residents and committing fraud by trying to claim township property for River Park and then charging residents to park there, but the management is unreachable, leaves calls and emails unreturned or returned at their leisure, closes the office early for no apparent reason, is not even IN the office when it is open, raised the already sky high amenities fees, did not PROVIDE amenities that were paid for because they closed them
