I called them and asked them to please remove this pile of gravel and leaves that was brushed down. They ignored the request and it all blew all over the parking lot for over a month. The Guy who runs our meetings deletes HoA member questions from the zoom chat and then mutes board members who try to talk if he doesnā€™t like their answer. He is absolutely rude and disrespectful.

Theyā€™re charging residents $60 to have access to the water shut off for their unit. $60 to prevent damage to units. And in their responses to consumers on this site, they repeatedly lie.

I accidentally paid my HOA twice this month because auto-pay did not take it out on the first and I was concerned about paying it late. Both payments went through I contacted them for a refund on one and they answered twice. Once to say they'll refund, second to say they would send a check. I called and emailed asking when the check would be sent with ZERO replies. It's been almost a month with no help. Whenever I purchase my next home, I will make sure HOA is not through this company. I will gladly give up my dream home to not ever have to deal with these people again. Rude, unhelpful, uncaring

They don't fix problems, don't respond to emails, and will double charge you on autopay and take 2 weeks to refund your money (happened twice in less than a year). Worst business I have ever dealt with. Multiple people in our complex have issues that have gone unresolved for months.

This company recently took over our condo community and are garbage. After finding out that we have a new management company on Nextdoor we contacted them about an issue and we're treated very rudely by a man who answered the phone. Really great service there. Our laundry rooms are trashed and barely work. The building I live in is on week three with no hot water. The last communication we received was that it would be fixed in a week (that would have been last Monday). Hope you all had a lovely holiday filled with hot showers because we certainly didn't!

After leaving multiple messages for the past 2 weeks, I have not had a single call returned by Sean Morrissey. My unit has had multiple water leaks from the roof, and he expects my insurance to cover this, which is unacceptable as the CCIOA clearly states the roof management and repairs are the responsibility and liability of the building / HOA. I will be attending the next HOA meeting to share this concern with the other residents of the building. I have documentation, photos, and have filed a written complaint with DORA.

Worst company ever. Non responsive, unprofessional. We received a boot for the attached ā€œdouble parkingā€. Parking company said they are under the direction of the HOA. The HOA fees are over 300$ a month and itā€™s ridiculous. One of the pools NEVER opened this year yet we still have to pay the full amount. Plus the predatory parking fines. I have contacted Denver News station about many of the practices. Management is very unresponsive and this little boot for a turned tire .5 inches over the line was 350$. Unreal. I work for a company who happens to have financed one of the units in one of the condos which this company manages. The master policy we had on file had expired, so we needed a copy of the new master policy. Instead of just emailing me the new master policy, they directed me to a company called Homewise, which then wanted us to pay $25 to get a copy of the master policy. We're not talking about having it mailed or overnighted, just downloaded, yet they wanted $25. I would question why they would not simply provide the copy in the emailed response, rather than the nonsense of sending me somewhere

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get reimbursed for an insurance claim since April... submitted proof of payment 3 different times after already submitting proof to the previous management company. After 30 emails and numerous phone calls, almost all unanswered, I threatened legal action and was told my proof never came through in my emails. Maybe they could have responded to any of my other requests for status and told me this. I would not recommend this company to an enemy.

Had to put one star to comment. Sean is the rudest, condescending excuse for someone that is supposed to be working for the homeowners.
Property is in poor condition, looks unkept and we are told to go to meetings to discuss. The board says to contact management. Back and forth and nothing done. What's even more disgusting is the Board lets this so called management company get away with talking down to the homeowner. Seems they forget they work for the homeowners!! Do not hire this company!!!

Their staff lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. I've reached to them for help twice since our property went with them back in March, and I have not had any luck. Staff is unwilling to help and basically tell you there is nothing they can do to help. Both issues have been payment related and they get annoyed when you ask for supporting documentation.

We can longer hold them accountable since Governor Polis stopped making them having to be licensed. This guy is the reason the State make CAMs....Community Association Manager to keep them accountable to their actions. So sorry Sean and his wife are still around.

Once again. I am now barred from calling their offices cause I called up very angry about not getting our minutes or financials that I have been asking for for 3 months + a break down of our 1.5m loan (still nothing available for this). AND STILL they won't answer my emails. Sent one today about our gutters and nothing, won't respond. Talk about feeling less than a renter. DON'T USE THEM, they are abusive in their silence, lack of transparency and disregarding your ownership.

Our new construction neighborhood came with M&M when we moved in but our experience has been awful. We are constantly treated with blatant disrespect.

I am happy my community is finally done with M&M Property Management after 4.5 years. We are looking at a bright future with transparency, communication service. Now I can say (My personal opinion) without legal repercussions, we are DONE DONE & DONE! Do your homework before you hire M&M to manage your HOA. It's very hard to get rid of them. Somebody contacted me from Yelp to ask me how we got rid of M&M Property Management. The answer is, we voted in a new board who have been incredibly hard-working. I thank them every day for their service.

Its highly unethical to boot a car IN THE CARPORT WE PAY EXTRA FOR because the expiration tag isn't up-to-date, oh and my car IS registered with the state BUT Y'ALL WOULDN'T KNOW THAT BECAUSE YOU'RE A PRIVATE COMPANY ENFORCING ARBITRARY RULES TO RIP PEOPLE OFF.

For those who don't know, registration stickers should NOT be applied in cold temperatures ESPECIALLY with SNOW all over the ground. It will NOT stick - ask the police department. If your tag isn't on because of the weather and you're pulled over, so long as you have your registration papers, THEY ARE

I'm out of Sawgrass Condo community now (praise God) so don't have to deal w/this AWFUL management company, but did want to point out something a little humorous ... the "Allison M." who finds the good reviews "useful" (all 2 or 3 of them lol) and the bad reviews "funny" is none other than a co-owner of M&M Prop Mgmt, Sean's wife ... LOL!!!!! Hilarious, and sadly pathetic.

This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. My HOA dues is up to date, yet in the winter, there is ice that I slip on frequently. I called the property management company, and I'm told that they have 24 hours to get back to me. My concerns fall and def ears, and when I was told they would fax hazard insurance proof to my insurance company, they did not. Now, I am being penalized financially because they dropped the ball.

I call and spoke w one of their incompetent employees. Asked to be transferred to a manager and was transferred to her friend that worked there
