We work small to medium sized investors and portfolios only in our focused geographic footprint of south Denver and it's surrounding suburbs. Our primary areas of coverage are Douglas County (Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Parker & Castle Rock), Arapahoe County, Littleton, and Southern Denver County.

If it wasn't for the fact that Josh found us our forever home, I would be happy to continue to rent from them for years to come. I did rented the house 64 Ena Avenue Ng2 4NA, I did payed 8 month’s upfront, 6 months rent+2deposit . The house was in poor condition when I rented, I did the painting and clean toilet ,and at the end they transferred me only £435 from £1600 . They told me £235 for carpet cleaning , they told me £180 for deep clean toilet and toilet was rubbish when I rented the house . We just moved in recently and it was a fast and lovely transaction with SPS.Thanks to all the staff of SPS especially Kaz who is very accommodating and helpful in our queries, while Sharee who spare time for us to view the property and always responsive as we got few concerns on the first few weeks but they settled it all for us and of course Alex who’s always on the line and there in need of help as particular when we had issue with electricity. We had Josh St. Romain and the St. Romain Property Management Team as our property managers for about two and a half years and were completely pleased with our time in that house. After Josh told me the owner of the property selected me as the candidate to move into her home, Josh called to have me fill out my background check and credit report. I have no crimes and have great credit and never received a call back from Josh even after I tried Calling him twice and leaving him a message. I don't understand why all of a sudden he just stopped responding to me. Even if I did have something negative come up, the least he could do is call me to let me know. Very unprofessional.

Josh at Saint Property Management has been an excellent property manager during the 2+ years I have lived in my condo building (20-units in downtown Denver). As current president of my HOA, I've had a lot of interaction with Josh and not only is he very responsive, but has been wonderful to work with. I'd recommend Saint Property Management to anyone that needs a property manager.
