These 3 words greet homeowners entering the Colorado Property Management Group (CPMG) office and, now, to our web site. Each CPMG team member is entrusted to carry out our responsibilities to CPMG-managed community associations which range from 6 to 700 homes, in single family to condominiums to town homes to patio homes to lofts.
CPMG's word-of-mouth reputation is built on the promise that each and every non-emergency telephone call coming into each and every team member will be returned the same or next business day. At CPMG, we understand the relationship between HOA Boards of Directors and management companies. Boards are the CEOs of non-profit corporations.

What a disgusting company. They don't update the website they make you pay on, they don't ensure that every property owner knows what's going on with their property in the HOA. They charge me over $500 in late fees because the HOA went up and I was never notified. They told me they notified me via mail, turns out they've been holding my mail for the past year and now it's a priority to get it back to me. The people you will speak to are rude and unwilling to accommodate and unwilling to accept responsibility. The HOA of the Colorado property Management group is one of the main reasons I'm selling

I must say, what everyone on here has to say is abundantly true. It takes a fair amount to get me to write anything negative, but I hope that this company does something to change. We luckily got rid of them (they said "they quit" but once we got our board president off; let's just say the writing was on the wall) I hope they turn themselves around and own up to ANY responsibilities they should. Definetly some VERY suspicious behavior. If you have a choice, and you want someone to have your back, do not use this company. Sorry but it is the truth.

Terrible HOA managers. You will never get a response or an answer when calling anyone in this building. When leaving a message, you will likely not get a phone call back, unless it deals with an emergency situation. Questionable budget management and reasoning behind budgeting, yet dues continue to increase and they will blame things such as dumping instead. Finally received notice about the pool not opening for the summer, fine, Coronavirus and all, but instead of saying that, they say they’ve already spent the budget preparing to open it (haven’t even touched it though??) and will spend the

Debra Vickery is the worst property manager! She wins through intimidation. She fails to do the job properly she is paid to do by the Home Owners Associations. She's only interested in lining her own pockets much like someone else we have had the misfortune of experiencing for the last 3.5 years! IE: She fails to get 3 Bids for every project. Instead she awards 98% of the maintenance contracts to Walton Construction for very over priced work. IE: She awarded 3 entry cedar gates to the Windsong Condominium Property for $950. Each!!

By far the worst property management around. Our previous board president hired them, and I immediately became suspicious. They had an f rating with the bbb. I was treated extremely poorly as an owner, so I got back on the board to see what was going on with this company. Total nightmare. Board requested bids for several small projects took months just to get a bid. Contractors who were sent out performed work in the wrong areas of the building or even the wrong building altogether on more than one occasion. Nobody ever inspected the work that was completed. Never once saw anyone from the company

This company is horrible. The sprinkler company they use accidentally turned off the water to my townhouse when they were winterizing the system. Instead of calling them for me, or giving me their number, the woman assigned to our units told me to ‘call a plumber’. Only after getting Denver Water (they were awesome) to come out and help me troubleshoot, and confirming that the sprinkler guys were the culprits, did they call them to fix the issue. Very unprofessional, I can’t believe I pay $237/month for this kind of service.

The fourth property management group to take over in my neighborhood in as many years, and each one is worse than the last with this one being so bad that I'm here writing this review. I'm not entirely sure what they do except cash the HOA check every month. The neighborhood looks awful and their selective enforcement of the bylaws is absolutely maddening. They are located on the other side of Denver from where I live, so why would they care about the condition of the neighborhood as long as those HOA checks keep rolling in? Their 1.4 star google score is much too generous and if you are fortunate

Don’t do a thing and get paid for it. Our manager is mean, doesn’t follow up appropriately on complaints, yells over you on the phone, and doesn’t ever leave her office to check on how work is proceeding, if it is done, or what they’ve done. Hires landscapers that only trim the HOA President’s bushes or those near the road, workers who have broken personal items outside of our house after throwing them on shared green space to paint, but will gladly eat the money from our inflated dues to sit on her butt and tell everyone she has a lawyer if you question what she actually does at work

This "company" is a joke they don't care what happens at their properties as long as they receive their HOA dues. They so kindly decided to place a $500 fee upon me for the police coming to my home for domestic violence situation with my ex. The head of the HOA said that it wasn't his issue and perhaps I should have made better choices. In addition to my ceiling that has been leaking in the bathroom for 18 months and my heater constantly going.
It will be a sad day in hell before I ever recommended this company if you can call it a company.
