Corrie has been an amazing property manager. She was able to find this place for me on short notice when I sold my house last year. All issues that have occured while I rented she has been on them like white on rice. I would work with her and Doorstep in the future if I ever needed a rental property again.

Super impressed, and great to work with. Chip manages apartment units for me and does so much more than other apartment managers, for an incredibly reasonable fee. He is great about maximizing their value, staying on top maintenance and repair vendors, and also dealing with tenant issues and concerns. He picks great tenants too. Top notch company.

When it came time to rent my Parker home I contacted Doorstep Realty. The owner, Chip, was very responsive. He addressed my questions and concerns. He came to my property right away to walk through it with me and ask questions about the home. Once I had vacated, Chip arranged maintenance and cleaning with his preferred vendors all of which were very reasonably priced and very quick to provide service.
