I been visiting the practice since 2009, I think the only reason for not coming to them will be that have no insurance!
VĂctor Bautista is so patient and a great listener!
I would say people there turn into friendly providers over the years… like an extended family!
They show that they really care about you!

Although I've posted before it was years ago so I wanted to keep this rating current. Dr. Bautista is a long time favorite of mine for the care he gives, the time he takes to explain things and my confidence that he keeps current in his field of expertise. He is kind and truly cares about each client. That attitude easily flows to his staff, Jen runs that place like a well-oiled machine and knows the ins and outs of any of your questions ranging from billing to the latest in frames (and she is an EXCELLENT representation of the company sporting the greatest glasses). Dan is also very kind and accommodating

Dr. Bautista has been my optometrist for nearly 7 years now and I've recommended him to family and friends in the neighborhood. He does a great job at explaining what each step of the examination is and looks at much more than just whether or not your prescription needs an update. I really wish all my other doctors were as friendly, communicative, and thorough.
Jen and every other person I've interacted with at Eyes on Twenty-Fourth are extremely kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend this place for exams or eyeglass shopping!

It's been more than two months since my visit to this place and I still am not able to get my insurance bill figured out. I paid upfront because they are unable to contact my insurance at the time but I was told I'll get my money back soon because I was covered by my insurance. Overall, my visit to the office was great but the follow up (aka the front desk) to my insurance situation is so poorly handled. Would not come back.

Eyes in 24 has lost my trust.
The vision exam seemed fine. The way the doctor explained things to me seemed fine. His demonstration of my vision with and without corrective lenses was convincing. When I asked him if I could use simple reading glasses or if a proper prescription would be better, he explained a proper prescription, since my eyes have slightly different vision. Then they quickly ushered me to try on frames in their showroom. I wasn't feeling decisive so I left without placing an order.
Well, when I asked for my prescription, which they promptly emailed to me, 2 things stood

Had a pretty bad experience here. They broke an expensive frame that I gave them to replace the lenses and refused to compensate me for the broken frame or the money I had paid for the lenses! Only option was to buy another expensive frame from them in order to not lose the money on the lenses!!! Terrible customer service!
Earlier the lens from a brand new pair that my fiancé had ordered from them popped out and broke when he wore it for the first time. He had to convince them to repair it free of charge!
Regretting that I went to them and they are definitely not getting any more of our business

8 days ago I made an appointment for today at 3.30pm via the website. I received an email confirmation for my appointment.
When I arrived the person checking me in could not find the appointment in their system, so I waited several minutes for someone else to finish with a customer so he could confirm the same.
While they were somewhat apologetic, I am disappointed by a medical provider who will request personal information (including the last 4 digits of my social security number and vision insurance details) on their website to make an appointment and then not have a record of that appointment

Super happy with exam, pricing and service! Booked my first appointment online, and visited the office a week later. Super friendly team and thorough exam. I also liked the fact that they were upfront and transparent about pricing before starting the exam.
Wanted to pick up my new glasses a week later but misread their opening hours :/ They had closed 45 minutes earlier, but let me in anyways to pick up my glasses. Thank you :)

I had a very thorough eye exam here with a very charming Dr. Bautista, who looks like a real-life Clark Kent. Dr. Bautista was knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he was doing it, so I understood exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it at any given time.
I was so impressed with my eye exam and how quickly I got my contact lenses that I referred my husband here as well. He also really liked Dr. Bautista and loved the selection of frames there so much that he bought a pair of glasses from there.
Overall, it was a superb experience: easy to make an appointment, quick
